La casa e’ immersa in un incantevole uliveto, con una magnifica terrazza vista lago e tenda da sole inclusa per poter mangiare all’esterno. Ampio open space con una spaziosa cucina fornita di tutto il necessario per potervi permettere di cucinare in piena autonomia. Sono presenti due divani per cinque persone, camino funzionante, TV a schermo piatto. Bagno spazioso dotato di vasca e doccia. La zona notte comprende due camere spaziose e molto confortevoli, una delle quali con vista lago.

DAS HAUS Durch ein Holztor kommt man in einen kleinen romantischen Hofgarten mit Aussenessplatz und Portico, welcher von Natursteinmauern eingefasst ist. Von hier gelangt man in die Wohnküche mit Esstisch und Holzscheitofen. Im ersten Obergeschoss befindet sich das Wohnzimmer und im 2. Obergeschoss zwei Schlafzimmer und ein Bad. Vom Elternschlafzimmer geniesst man einen phantastischen Blick über den See und auf den Monte Baldo. Am Morgen ist das Zimmer sonnenüberflutet.

The land, now mostly meadow, attracts all manner of animals and birds who are left in peace. In winter there is bird watching aplenty while in Spring and Summer butterflies and dragonflies abound and small rodents (moles, dormice and squirrels ) feed on the fruits of the cypress and pine trees. Summer brings too the roe bucks (early morning) and the foxes (early evening) who come to drink in the brooks which are full of crayfish.
