This is a peaceful getaway is quiet, clean, private, and close to hikes and the Mish. Just right for a weekend away.

Great place! Clean and comfortable! Walkable to Natural Grocers and some great restaurants! The downstairs guest was friendly and made the whole experience with the shared patio even better! Would absolutely stay again! I even had a booking issue and they went above and beyond to work with Airbnb to fix it!

It was a perfect place for us. It was near our grown children where they live and worked. It was easy to get to downtown while there wasn’t a stove it was amazing the implements they had available for cooking. Air fryer. Rice cooker. Toaster oven. Microwave. Crockpot. Coffee maker. Amy was quickly and very responsive.

The cutest high quality smallish space ever!! Great kitchen. Gorgeous finish. I would return. Two important notes: 1. The stairs to the third floor may present a problem to some. If you have mobility challenges, be aware the stairs may be frustrating. 2. If you are tall… consider staying elsewhere. By tall, I mean over 6 feet tall. There are multiple slanted walls. Gorgeous. Convenient space.

had a wonderful stay! play is comfortable, clean, and quiet and the neighborhood is fabulous! lots of great restaurants in the area and really enjoyed taking walks in the evening.

Great location!! Walkable to downtown Ft Collins in a great neighborhood. A block away from super market, we had a great stay!

Casey is a great host. Friendly and responsive. Also gave us our privacy. The rental was as described and suited our needs. It was a good value as well. Would rent again if needed.

Great place in rural Erie with a beautiful view of the front range and lots of space. The property is large and in warmer weather would be a treat to enjoy (it was cold during my stay). Jon's dogs are super sweet and were very nice to my 2 dogs. The guest house is quite clean and fully equipped.
