The Cottage on the Green

The Cottage is situated on the backside of an acre parcel behind the main house. A swimming pool separates the main house from the cottage. The property is very quiet, peaceful and private. Guest have a Separate entrance. We are a retired lieutenant from a California LE agency and his wife a retired teacher who give guests as much privacy as requested. We are a short distance from the Longleaf Trace and 1.5 miles from the Barn at Bridlewood wedding venue for those attending a wedding there.

The Farmhouse at Fortenberry Farm

What a quaint cabin nestled among the oaks on a beautiful farm and nursery in the countryside. Our farm is in the heart of the dairy industry and one of them is across the way with 2 silos anchoring the beautiful landscape. Our farm has more than 25 acres of trails, creeks, and nature to explore! The owners of this home are both Landscape Architects so you will have views of their lovely growing fields and their creation of "Stonehedge," a replica of what Stonehenge looked like out of plants!

This upstairs modern style studio apartment is located 3 blocks from downtown in the historic district . It comes equipped with everything you need for a comfortable and quiet stay: a queen bed, a fold-out couch, an iron with ironing board, wi-fi, and a 70” tv screen. In the kitchen area you will find everything you need. The bathroom comes with a shower and even a blow dryer. The studio is in a building of it’s own with parking. Owner lives around the corner.
