Beautiful and spacious place. Well worth it

Our stay with Matt was excellent. Location and stay was exactly as described and perfectly located for our needs in Fredericton. Matt was a great host always responsive to our questions.

Unreal spot. Clean and quiet with lots of character and charm. Grant was very helpful and easy to chat with! Would happily stay here again.

Great location close to walking trails and amenities. Bed-was comfy and the apartment was clean. There is no kitchen sink but Robbi is kind enough to take care of the dishes when you leave. I felt guilty leaving dirty dishes but also didn’t want to rinse off too much food in the bathroom sink . Something to think about if planning a longer stay. Enjoyed my time there and getting to meet Anthony and their dog Sully was a bonus!

Kelley and Norm made us feel right at home. Their place is located on a wonderful lake, was very clean, and well appointed. A wonderful spot!

Oh they were lovely hosts that used very cute personal touches in their home, 5 stars for them !

Mike was a great host and he was extremely responsive to all our questions. We felt right at home from the moment we arrived. The space was exactly what the listing said it was. Good value for the price!

We had a great time during our visit in Fredericton even though our visit was cut short! The decor in the air bnb was very modern, beautiful, and the area itself was very spacious! The private back yard is so big and spacious!

We were in need of a spot to stay in Fredericton while we were visiting our daughter, and could not have picked a better spot than Wanda & Jim's!!! The property was gorgeous, the entire living area was spotless and we were in need of nothing. A fully stocked kitchen with beautiful dishes and cookware, a very comfortable bed, and the décor throughout was so welcoming and cozy, it took no time at all to settle in. Our daughter and her boyfriend spent the evening with us, and the layout was perfect for cooking and being a part of the conversation due to the open concept. This will be our go to spot any time we come back to N.B. Thank you so much Wanda & Jim for making this weekend such a pleasure.

This Airbnb was fantastic it was the basement of the house but had large windows did not feel like a basement. Unit was well maintained, clean and would stay there again.

The space was easy to locate, private, clean, and exactly as posted. The check-in was easy and the host was quick to respond when we had issues. We were disappointed there was only a tiny TV with no sign-in for streaming services but it wasn't posted that they had that, it was just my expectation. Overall a very nice place to stay.

This place was gorgeous and amazingly clean. Really was the best air b and b we have stayed at. Would love to book again for next year.

My adult son and I were in Fredericton for 1 week visiting family and needed a place to stay. I wanted a place were we could each have our own space. At Montclair's, we each had our own bedroom. Very spacious bedrooms, beds very comfortable. Nice bathroom, kitchen and living room. Our home away from home for 1 week. Location was perfect as it was a 1 minute drive from our family. Highly recommend for anyone.

Tracey’s BnB is beautiful. It’s very clean and comfortable. When we had questions, Tracey was always available. The location was great. We felt very safe being there. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. We look forward to visiting again and staying at Stacey’s BnB if it is available. I would highly recommend this place if you are looking to stay in Fredericton. 😊
