It is in Marigny at the corner of St Ferdinand and Dauphine, less than 1 mile to Frenchmen St and 1.3 miles to Port of Call in the Quarter. The home is walking distance to cafes, bars & restaurants. Enjoy your morning coffee on the balcony overlooking the Marigny Opera House & Mississippi River. *Parties over 4 persons will not be considered & will be turned away upon arrival without a refund.*
