Situated on the edge of 5 acres of forest between Acadia National Park and downtown Southwest Harbor, this cozy cabin is ideal for a weekend trip or a longer stay on beautiful Mount Desert Island. Enjoy your morning coffee on porch before heading out for a hike around Long Pond, a swim at Echo Lake, or a walk into town for the weekly Farmer’s Market, shops and restaurants - all a mile or less away! End your day around the outdoor fire pit, roasting marshmallows or enjoying an evening cocktail.

Raccoon Cove Waterfront Hideaway

The house is in a quiet private neighborhood on 1 acre of cove front property. There is an abundance of wildlife. Stairs lead down to the cove where you can walk the shore at low tide, birdwatch or hear fog horns. At high tide you can take our kayaks out. It's walking distance to Lamoine Beach Park and 35 min to Acadia. The classic but comfortable living space is all on the second level. Wifi & TV with cable, and air conditioning are all available. The basement/garage level has a washer/dryer.

The Adventure House

The Adventure House was named by a family of houseguests with 3 fun and lively children who filled their time here with adventures at Acadia National Park and beyond! We are 10 minutes from the quiet side of the park and just under an hour to the busy side, both filled with scenic beauty! We have an added amenity for families traveling with extra family or friends. We're now offering a beautiful camper that comfortably sleeps 6 on the property available only for an extra charge after booking.

"Bear" cabin is one of four new cabins at Dickens Farms in Eastbrook Maine. Our cabins are spaced for privacy and each has its own fire pit, bbq grill and picnic area. You can enjoy water access to Abrams Pond for swimming, fishing, and kayaking. Two kayaks are provided per cabin for your enjoyment. Sit in the screened in porch and listen to nature or head into Acadia National Park to explore. Bike along the private road. Relax with your family for a quick getaway or week long adventure.

Our rustic lakefront cabin is on beautiful crystal clear Beech Hill Pond near Acadia National Park and Bar Harbor, Maine. The cabin has 2 bedrooms and is suitable for 1 to 4 guests. Treetop sleeps 2, or 3 in a pinch. Must discuss well behaved children 6 or older as the deck is high. Owners/guests use garage/laundry below the studio. Our family is excited to share our off-grid *lite* cabin with you! Located on our artist collective farm, this is our favorite place on earth. It’s bright, beautiful, and filled with color. We are 27 minutes from Acadia National Park and surrounded by truly gorgeous local beaches. We offer super comfy beds, beach cruisers, an outdoor shower, hot tub, twinkle lights, summer nights filled with fireflies, bright maples in the fall, and a cozy wood stove in the winter.

Located about a 1/4 from groomed X-country ski trails. Thank you for considering the Hideaway for you stay. The house is well equipped for your comfort. Located near the Hulls Cove park entrance and beach. The calendar does reflect availability, please believe the calendar, if it won't let you book the dates you are looking for that does mean it is not available. We are dog friendly, however we do not accept cats for allergic reasons.
