It's a clean, cute, updated 2-bedroom in the heart of Fruita. The home uses Evaporative Cooling during the summer. Kitchen is fully-equipped with modern appliances (fridge plays Pandora!). Enjoy a beautiful hour drive to Powderhorn Ski Mountain and the Grand Mesa! The pet fee covers one dog!
