The Speculator Guest House is fully renovated to offer an elevated and thoughtful stay. Guests love the outdoor sauna, Sunday to Wednesday private chef brunch or dinner, espresso maker, fully stocked kitchen, and everything you need for a campfire under the string lights. Walk to the grocery store, restaurants, shops, or the sandy beach on Lake Pleasant (.6 miles). Each guest receives individualized local recommendations. We live in the area year round and love to share our favorite places.

Waterfront- Lake Luzerne, Lake George, Saratoga

Waterfront home with private dock on the Hudson river. Great for outdoor activities such as kayaking, fishing, swimming, tubing, boating or just relaxing. Lake George and Saratoga are both very close by. Our home is sure to impress with plenty of room. Rain or shine you can enjoy the waterfront on either of the enclosed porches. Enjoy the sunrise while never leaving your master suite. Beautiful indoor fireplace to warm up to on a chilly day. We have two kayaks you are welcome to enjoy.

The home sits on a hill 60 feet above lake level providing stunning views year-round. A short walk down the private gravel path brings you to the water.

ADIRONDACK CAMP IN THE HUDSON GORGE WILDERNESS

An Adirondack four season camp nestled in the mountains of beautiful Indian Lake. This camp borders thousands of acres of "Forever Wild" land in the Hudson Gorge Wilderness area. Walk across the street and bushwack for miles and miles. OK Slip Falls trailhead is less than a mile away. Skiing at Gore Mountain is 10 minutes away. There are endless things to do in the area-fishing, skiing, hiking, multiple museums, snowmobiling, snowshoeing, kayaking and canoeing to start your getaway!

Spacious Adirondack house in Otter Lake

Appreciate the beauty of the Adirondacks and enjoy the comfort of a carefully decorated home that promotes relaxation. Adirondack log lodge-style home sited on a hilltop near Lake Placid's ski jumps, overlooking Whiteface Mt and panoramic forest views with no other houses in sight. This Lake Placid log home has 8 beds across 4 bedrooms and 3.5 baths, spread over 3 levels of living, with ample outdoor living areas of bedroom ,walkout balcony, large decks, and covered porches, helping to keep a close connection to nature both inside and outside the house.

We have the fix for your cabin fever! Our 2 bedroom, 1 and 1/2 bath house is right in the heart of Old Forge. Walk to shopping, dining, hiking, and boating. Water Safari and Enchanted Forest too! Plenty of room to spread out in the single family home. Very clean and recently updated throughout. Large yard and bonfire area. Recent addition of garage and owners quarters above garage. Owners not on property May-Oct 1st.
