We cannot wait to return! The setting was stunning and the accommodations were luxurious. Our hosts could not have been kinder or more welcoming. One of our top AirBNB’s ever! We also had the chance to participate in one of the farm munches and it was a truly memorable (and delicious) afternoon. Grazie!

Leonard and his wife were very kind and welcoming, beginning to end. They were very responsive to our contacts with them and proactive in ensuring we were comfortable and had all we needed. They kindly invited us to join them and the wider family at a homemade pizza party in the garden one evening and later even brought us unexpected sweet treats. The property and it's garden estate were beautiful. We had gorgeous views from 3 sides of our apartment , mountains one way, across the valley another, and over the large garden on the 3rd side. All of the outlooks beautiful. It would be perfectly possible to use taxis and trains to get around the general area though having our own car there was very convenient for shopping and travelling as some attractions and facilities are several miles away. I feel our trip would have been less rich without a car. I'd describe the apartment as comfortable if rustic, but we had all we needed whether cooker, fridge, micro, washing machine etc.

Alloggio molto bello sugli Appennini. Noi eravamo in 8 persone e siamo stati molto bene. Unica pecca forse l’acqua tiepida in doccia. La casa inizialmente era un po fredda ma poi si è riscaldata e siamo stati molto bene.

Un véritable havre de paix en Toscane ! La maison est belle et bien entretenue, typique de la région, avec un beau jardin et une vue magnifique sur les collines toscanes. Elle est d’une propreté impeccable et parfaitement équipée pour un séjour confortable. L’environnement est calme, idéal pour se reposer tout en étant proche des charmants villages des environs. Mais ce qui rend ce séjour vraiment sympathique, ce sont les hôtes : chaleureux, disponibles et attentionnés. Ils nous ont donné des conseils précieux sur les endroits à visiter et comment se rendre à Florence. Antonio a été très avenant, il nous a prévenu que le jour de notre arrivée était férié et il nous a réservé un restaurant le soir. Grâce à eux, nous nous sommes sentis comme chez nous. Un immense merci pour cette belle expérience — nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

Unser Aufenthalt bei Giacomo war sehr schön. Wir waren eine Gruppe von 6 Personen und hatten gut Platz im und um das Haus. Die Küche hatte alles relevante dabei, die Betten sind bequem und der Garten mega gross und schön. Giacomo und seine Eltern sind sehr nette Leute, wir haben sogar einen Kuchen erhalten, welcher sehr sehr lecker war. Giacomo hat uns auch Tipps für die Umgebung gegeben und ging auf unsere Bedürfnisse ein. Wir danken Giacomo und seinen Eltern für den schönen Aufenthalt!

We hebben ontzettend genoten van ons verblijf. Het huis is echt groter dan op de foto’s. We hebben ons echt 8 dagen ontzettend thuis gevoeld. Communicatie met Laura de huis manager was super fijn. Leuk dat we haar nog even hebben mogen ontmoeten. Voor een uitval basis om noord Toscane waar je wil genieten van de rust is dit een super plek.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille chez Lisa. La maison est superbe et très bien équipée. Nous avons été très bien accueilli par Loretta. Nous avons apprécié le calme et la beauté des environs. Nous étions en voiture et nous avons facilement pu rejoindre Florence, Sienne ou encore Lucques. Nous recommandons ce logement !

Was a wonderful farm with picturesque view of the hills of Tuscany. Relaxing by the pool and lots to see close by. Highly recommend the pizza over the next hill. Thank you Elisa, was a wonderful time. Hope to visit again soon.

This beautifully restored collection of properties gave us the perfect mix of peaceful surroundings with the ability to meet and mix with other visitors from different countries if and when we wanted. Aperitives in the gardens are a must and can be followed by supper with fresh local produce expertly cooked and served by Paolo and Kitty (thankyou). The pool is fantastic, really clean and well maintained with adequate choices of seating and loungers for all. We had a wonderful five night stay and only wished we'd booked longer, I guess that we'll have to return!!

Gorgeous rustic villa in the Tuscan Hills. Very useful that accommodation is across two houses and that each bedroom has its own bathroom. Pool was lovely. Kitchen had everything we needed. The only thing I would add is a sofa to slouch on for rainy nights or after walking the beautiful cities of Florence, Lucca and Pisa. Great laundry for long stay guests. Brenda was very responsive and accommodating.

Veronica’s house is incredible. Stayed there as a family of 6- and plenty of space. The view is like something out of a painting! The pictures don’t do it justice. The hot tub was a huge plus! The location so peaceful. Veronica was very easy to communicate with. We would absolutely stay here again! Thanks for a great visit!

Siamo stati nell’appartamento per una breve vacanza. Gino e Calogera ci hanno assistito come ci si aspetta da dei host preparati e premurosi. Si è respirato tutto il soggiorno un’aria di famiglia. Consiglio vivamente a chiunque di soggiornare in questa Casa, spazi ampi e non manca nulla. La posizione è strategica per chi gli piace visitare i splendidi luoghi toscani.

abbiamo passato il capodanno in compagnia e ci siamo divertiti molto. la casa è bellissima e rispecchia tutte le informazioni. Elizabeth è molto gentile e proattiva per qualunque richiesta o problema. assolutamente consigliato!

Can’t express what a beautiful stay Villa Rafaelli was for my family of 9 adults. It was truly staying inside a piece of history!!! The rooms, the decor, the paintings, the antique pieces—it was just so special! And the outdoor spaces were so incredible and had everything we needed to enjoy! We didn’t leave the Villa during our stay, just enjoying the hot tub and pool and ping pong and views. Leonardo was such a kind and helpful host. He helped us set up amazing Tuscan breakfast and dinner and had a beautiful welcome basket waiting for us. This place was so special. The drive is windy to get there, but 100% worth it. The experience of a life time!

Séjour extraordinaire. La maison atelier est extrêmement sympathique, avec une décoration vintage très chouette et personnalisée (avec notamment de magnifiques tableaux de Giacomo qui est vraiment un artiste de talent!), au milieu de la campagne. Une vue sur un petit château à gauche, les montagnes à droite et des olivier sous nos pieds ! Un petit paradis. Nous avons été en contact avec la fille de Giacomo qui parle plusieurs langues, qui a donné des informations sur la logistique mais aussi des recommandations sur la vie locale très détaillées. Bref du bonheur. Ma petite famille et moi-même vous remercions sincèrement pour votre accueil sans faille dans votre si belle région que nous aimons tant !

Abbiamo soggiornato un weekend con una coppia di amici con i bambini. È stato tutto perfetto.

Our stay was magical. The second floor apartment had everything we needed. We cooked multiple nights in the apartment with recommendations from Francesco. We also took part in the game to table cooking experience which far exceeded our expectations. Francesco has not only thought out the menu but also the space we were in. He also shared the property history and how he uses it to make olive oil and wine. His dog Antenello accompanied us on all our hikes around the property! Francesco was so nice and helpful throughout our stay! Highly recommend!

Wir haben 3 wunderbare Tage (Familie, 2 Kinder 12 + 16) bei Pier Giuseppe verbracht. Die letzten Meter zum Casa Sassolo muss auf einer unbefestigten Strasse zurückgelegt werden. Einmal angekommen wurden wir sehr herzlich von Pier Giuseppe begrüsst. Tagesausflüge nach Maranello (Ferrari), Imola (F1-Strecke) und Bologna standen auf dem Programm, alles mit dem Auto sehr gut erreichbar (Navi von Vorteil). Der Tag begann jeweils mit einem ausgiebigen Frühstück welches von Pier Giuseppe auf die gewünschte Zeit vorbereitet wurde. Nach den Ausflügen stand ein riesiger Garten zum entspannen zur Verfügung und man konnte die Aussicht über die Landschaft geniessen. Für uns hat alles gepasst, herzlichen Dank Pier Giuseppe!

L'alloggio di Elisa è splendido, immerso nella natura e nel silenzio. Gli spazi sono confortevoli e dispongono di tutto quello che serve per un soggiorno piacevole. Elisa è stata sempre pronta a rispondere alle nostre domande e a darci consigli, Irina e Gianni, genitori di Elisa che vivono accanto, sono due persone meravigliose, disponibili e gentili. Sicuramente se ripasseremo in zona, torneremo qui! Grazie di tutto :)

Wirklich tolle Unterkunft in Montespertoli. Alles wie auf den Bildern zu sehen - super gemütliches aber trotzdem grosszügigrs Haus mit einer super Ausstattung. Mega Garten mit einem super schönen Pool mit Blick über die hügelige Toskana Landschaft. Wir waren zu 5 mit 2 Hunden und haben die Tage sehr genossen. Die im Nebenhaus wohnende Haushälterin ist super und hatte immer ein offenes Ohr für alles. Sehr schöne Umgebung - ideal um die Toskana intensiv zu erleben.

Lovely stay in Tuscany! Patrizia had started a warming fire going for us in the fireplace upon arrival, as the weather was chilly and rainy. The house was very cozy, artistically decorated, and well appointed -- it made us feel very much at home away from home. Gorgeous views of Tuscany from the bedroom windows, and a well cared for garden which had lemons, rosemary, basil and many flowering plants. Patrizia was the absolute best hostess and provided for all our needs during our stay. There was plenty of room for everybody in the house, and there was even a lovely little kitchen which was fully stocked (salt, pepper, spices, coffee, milk, and more!). Note there is not an oven, but we were able to cook breakfast every day, and even a few dinner meals for our small group in the mini kitchen (there is a mini fridge which fit a lot of perishable food for its size!, and a small induction stove top). Thank you for the perfect stay!

We had an amazing stay at Juri's beautiful villa in Tuscany! The place is super spacious, easily accommodating our group of 11, and it was spotless and very well maintained. Juri and his mom were incredible hosts—always responsive and ready to help whenever we needed anything. The location is also perfect for day trips to Florence, Pisa, and Lucca. If you're looking for a charming, well-kept and very clean villa with top-notch hospitality, this is the place. Highly recommend! Let me know if you'd like any tweaks!

Il Paluffo is a magical gem. Traveling with three kids it is always hard to find a location that fits everyone, let alone is magical. Il Paluffo is that and more. If you think the photos are magical, wait until you experience it in reality. Absolute serenity in a stunningly beautiful location. We visited Tuscany between Rome and Venice. It was a perfect order, allowing us to unwind from the hustle of Rome. I believe I took a two hour nap outside after we arrived! We walked around the vineyard. The kids loved to visit the chickens. Claudia was so kind and helpful. She arranged a Vespa and wine tasting tour, and we had pre booked a cooking class (held on site at Il Paluffo’s kitchen, for just our family). Memories that will last us a lifetime. Our room was so beautiful and cozy and had so much space for all of us. The beds were very comfortable. We slept so well. Not enough words to say how special this property is.
