We could not have felt more comfortable and welcome. Massimo and his dad, Giordano, are perfect hosts- charming and anxious to please. The house is perfect, beautiful location in the countryside outside Corinaldo, and complete with everything we needed- and more! Just wish we could have stayed longer.

Jautiesi lyg gyventum senoviniame žvejo name, tačiau su visais būtinais šiuolaikiniais patogumais. Natūralios medžiagos butui suteikia malonią vėsumą. Abiejuose aukštuose yra kondicionieriai. Esant reikalui, galima pasigaminti valgyti. Netoliese yra "maximytė", iš kurios galima nusipirkti visko, ko prireiks. Prie parduotuvės yra savitarnos skalbykla, kuri dirba iki vėlumos. Butas randasi Riminio senoviniame žvejų rajone, kuriame yra apsigyvenę meniškos sielos žmonės. Daugelio namų fasadai skoningai išpuošti piešiniais. Jokio automobilių eismo. Į šį rajoną iš kitų Riminio vietų žmonės atvažiuoja vien tam, kad nusifotografuoti prie kokio nors simpatiškesnio namuko. Visas rajonas tapo, kaip Riminio atvirukas. Išeini ryte ar vakare ir supranti, kad gyveni pačiame atviruke. Už poros žingsnių-Tiberijaus tiltas.

We really enjoyed our stay here is Pesaro. The accommodation was really lovely and we felt very relaxed. Nice decor throughout and spacious enough for the whole family. Francesca was very responsive to any questions and had provided some lovely recommendations for local food. We would stay here again and highly recommend to anyone

Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeber, eine saubere Unterkunft mit einem unschlagbaren Preisleistung-Verhältnis. Sehr näh am Stadtzentrum und trotzdem ruhig und privat gelegen. Ein eingezäunter Innenhof war für uns als Hundebesitzer Gold wert. Die Parkmöglichkeiten sind ein wenig eingegrenzt. Ein öffentlicher Parkplatz ist aber in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit in Cesenatico!

Siamo stati a Mondaino per il Motomondiale di Misono, ci siamo trovati benissimo con la casa, pulita, efficiente e con un panorama magnifico. Faccio i complimenti agli host per l’aiuto e le risposte veloci alle nostre domande. Speriamo di tornare al più presto! Altamente consigliata ☺️

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo splendido appartamento indipendente per 10 giorni. Tutte le informazioni fornite da Gloria si sono rivelate estremamente corrispondenti alla realtà. La posizione è strategica per potersi godere sia il mare che il porto canale e il centro di Cesenatico. Gli spazi in casa sono molto ampi e ben organizzati. La cucina è super accessoriata e molto pulita, i bagni sembrano nuovi e anche le stanze meritano un buon giudizio. A disposizione degli ospiti ci sono poi utilissime biciclette, molti libri e giochi per bambini, asciugamani e ombrellone per la spiaggia. Purtroppo le cattive condizioni meteorologiche non ci hanno permesso di sfruttare il giardino ma sicuramente torneremo così da provare l’ambiente esterno. Nonostante non abbiamo avuto il piacere di incontrare Gloria di persona, ci ha comunque fatto sentire come a casa. Grazie davvero! Nicoletta & family

Hôtes très accueillant, serviable, à l'écoute et réactif. Maison bien agencé et bien placé; partie extérieur complète (salon de jardin / table de jardin / transats) mais attention aux moustiques le soir. Plage à 5 minutes à pied mais accès uniquement en journée et plage avec digue de cailloux. Les villes proches sont animée et les possibilités d'activité sont diverses. On a passé d'excellentes vacances, le logement correspondait a nos attentes et nous remercions nos hôtes pour tout 🥰

Ein rundum schöner Urlaubsort, wenn man nicht zu Fuß die Gegend erkunden möchte. Ein tolles großes Haus für viele Personen auch bei schlechtem Wetter.

l'alloggio di Valentina è bellissimo, le foto rispecchiano la realtà, si trova all' interno di un residence, con parcheggio riservato), in una zona tranquilla, ma vicino a un supermercato (10 minuti a piedi) a Viale Dante(10 minuti a piedi), con un parco vicino molto grande, con area giochi per bambini e aree cani per chi, come noi, viaggia con il cane. ci ha accolti il marito di Valentina, molto gentile, ci ha spiegato quello che doveva e ci ha suggerito qualche posto giusto per mangiare, l'appartamento è pulitissimo, non è esposto al sole, il terrazzo è fantastico, ampio, con spazio per mangiare e un bel dondolo comodo(conteso da tutti), per il nostro cane ci hanno fatto trovare un tappeto con una ciotola e un pensierino mangereccio per lui, abbiamo molto apprezzato i teli bagno di tre colori differenti, così da essere distinguibili, grazie per l' ospitalità

Die Unterkunft hat uns sehr gut gefallen, sehr stilvoll und komplett eingerichtet, in der Küche alles vorhanden, großes Bad mit vielen Ablagemöglichkeiten. Das Grundstück liegt traumhaft, der Swimmingpool ist sehr einladend. Wir wurden äussert freundlich empfangen, die Gastgeber waren immer erreichbar und zuvorkommend, es gab Eier von den eigenen Hühnern und Feigen und Kräuter aus dem Garten. Alles in allem absolut empfehlenswert. Wir hatten eine tolle Woche dort.

I would definitely recommend staying at Antonella’s place. The apartment and the surrounding area are beautiful and peaceful, and Antonella and her husband are excellent hosts.

It's a nice place away from the city. I can fit you if you want just lay down all days and relax on the sum without walking or driving anywhere.

Wir waren eine Gruppe von 13 Personen – mit und ohne Beeinträchtigung, einer Einrichtung aus der Schweiz– und durften unseren diesjährigen Osterurlaub in Ihrem Haus verbringen. Sowohl das Haus selbst als auch die Umgebung haben uns begeistert, aber ganz besonders möchten wir den herzlichen und offenen Kontakt zu Ihnen hervorheben. Wir unternehmen jedes Jahr um diese Zeit eine gemeinsame Reise und haben schon viele schöne Unterkünfte erlebt – doch selten hat ein Haus so perfekt zu uns als Gruppe gepasst wie Ihres. Wir möchten uns von Herzen für die wunderbare Zeit bedanken, die wir bei Ihnen verbringen durften. Es war ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt, und wir sind uns einig: Wir würden sehr gerne wiederkommen!

We zijn heel tevreden over ons verblijf. Misschien enkele opmerkingen : - Er mochten iets meer schaduwplekken zijn in de tuin, onder de vorm van bomen of struiken met bloemen. - Er was iets teveel chloor ( of een ander product) in het zwembadwater zodat onze badpakken geel kleurden.

Appartement simple mais avec le nécessaire. Bien placé pour visiter les principaux lieux d’intérêts de Romagne. Peter est un hôte très accueillant et réactif si on a besoin de quoi que ce soit. Il propose une carte très pratique pour visiter la région et est un bon ambassadeur ! Super rapport qualité prix.

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in dieser Unterkunft! Die Lage ist herrlich ruhig – perfekt, um abzuschalten. Besonders begeistert waren wir vom riesigen, eingezäunten Garten, in dem unser Hund rumspringen konnte – ein echtes Hundeparadies! Die Gastgeberin war sehr herzlich und hat uns sogar ein paar Kleinigkeiten in den Kühlschrank gestellt – eine schöne Geste! Die Küchenausstattung war top, es war wirklich alles da, was man braucht. Ein Highlight waren auch die Hühner – frische Eier zum Frühstück direkt aus dem Garten, sobald sie welche gelegt haben. Die Aussicht ist traumhaft, es gibt in der Umgebung viel zu unternehmen, und gute Restaurants sind ebenfalls nicht weit. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen und können die Unterkunft nur empfehlen.

Antonella was a very accommodating and helpful host who made our stay very comfortable. The apartment itself is in a good location, and it is very well equipped and decorated. Highly recommended for anyone looking to visit Emilia-Romagna!

the place is about 40 min walk from the city center. with the bus it is about 15 min. the bus station is 3 min way. nevertheless, you do have supermarkets and restaurants in walking distance (10 min/15 min). the place is clean and nice. the small garden is great. it is in a quiet residential area. there is hardly traffic on the street in front, so quiet peaceful. the apartment feels smaller than it looks on the pictures but enough for 1-2 person. for my stay, since it has been raining a lot, it does feel a little humid inside sometimes, but nothing bad. the host was very responsive and dealt with issues immediately. would definitely come back again :)

Soggiorno rilassante e tranquillo. Alloggio piccolo ma confortevole. L'host è stata molto socievole e disponibile a dare indicazioni su cosa vedere e come muoversi in zona.

Ein sehr originelles und günstig gelegenes Loft mit einem wunderschönen Ausblick auf die Altstadt von Urbino.

Abbiamo trascorso un weekend presso la struttura di Elisa e ci siamo trovati divinamente. Ottima posizione, fantastico appartamento. Elisa è una persona d’oro, disponibile e solare. Non ci ha fatto mancare nulla e ha reso il nostro soggiorno indimenticabile. Assolutamente consigliato!!
