An unforgettable stay in a charming place! The interior is clean, bright, and well-furnished: perfect for solo travelers or couples. Equipped with all the necessary appliances, it allowed us to feel at home right away. The garden is beautiful, meticulously maintained, and very quiet: sitting outside to eat or simply read a book made our stay truly enjoyable. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und befindet sich in einer ruhigen Wohngegend mit freundlichen Nachbarn. Ich habe mich sehr wohlgefühlt und werde jederzeit wieder zurückkommen. Nice studio apartment, clean and well furnished with a clothes washer. Laura communicated well and she responded immediately to our questions. This is a great location with only a 20 minute walk to the Duomo and Milan's fashion district. The location can be challenging to find. Milan has mostly one-way streets which was an issue for our GPS. If you are not experienced with driving in Europe, you might want to consider Uber instead. Once we got the car parked, we left it there for the duration of our stay and walked/took public transit everywhere else. Much easier and less stressful. This is Milan, so it is a very busy, densely populated European city with a lot to see and do. Now that we have experienced this stay, we would definitely stay here again.

Wir waren mit 4 Mädels für 1 Woche in Matteo's Appartement zu Gast und waren sehr zufrieden. Wir wurden von seiner süßen Mama in Empfang genommen und bei Nachfragen war Matteo immer schnell erreichbar. Das Appartement sieht wirklich aus wie auf den Bildern abgebildet und auch Sonderwünsche (wir wollten in 3 getrennten Zimmern schlafen) waren gar kein Problem. Das Appartement bietet Platz für bis zu 6 Personen und die 2 Bäder sind dabei sehr hilfreich. In der Küche fehlt es auch an nichts - für alle die sich selbst versorgen möchten. Bei uns hatte der Kühlschrank anfangs den Dienst versagt, aber auch dafür hat Matteo umgehend einen Reparaturdienst geschickt. Wirklich ganz klasse! Zur Lage des Appartements: Direkt gegenüber befindet sich ein Supermarkt und in der Umgebung gibt es eine Vielzahl von Restaurants, Bistros und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Bis zum Dom sind es gemütlich rund 20 Minuten zu Fuß, aber auch Bus, Tram und Metro sind in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Vielen Dank!

I was an exhibitor at Salone del Mobile and Luca's place was the perfect sanctuary away from the hustle and bustle of the fair but is also surrounded by amazing restaurants for dinner and aperitifs after a long day. His place was peaceful, clean and steps away from the metro that takes you right to the Rho. My wife who accompanied me during that week was also grateful for Luca's place; she was able to explore the vibrant neighborhood or take a short walk or metro ride to visit the rest of Milan. All in all, the place was perfect for me while I was working and perfect for my wife who was exploring. We're already planning on a return trip next year!

Lovely apartment with a sensational view of the Matterhorn. Extremely comfortable beds, lovely living space and decent kitchen. Easily walkable from the train station and into town.

Nothing but the best things to say! It was a very secure apartment building with gated entry/exit. The house was beautiful and picturesque, very homey and cozy. We would recommend this place for anyone looking to have a home away from home. We traveled from the US and she already had a hairdryer compatible with the electricity ready to go. Benedetta was wonderful! 15/10 experience.

John und sein Team waren sehr angenehme Gastgeber. Wir waren in einem Zeitraum mit grossen Turbulenzen in der Gegend da. Es gab ungewollte Verlängerung des Aufenthalts. John und Team waren hilfreich und unterstütztend.

Un maravilloso apartamento con persianas!! Con todo lo necesario para hacer vida. Una terraza para disfrutar de un cafe mañanero donde veras bajar y subir ardillas. Las habitaciones son perfectas. Y la ducha un lujo, totalmente renovado. La ubicación en zermatt maravillosa sin ruido y a 2 minutos andando del meollo. Totalmente recomendable y volveríamos sin duda. Muchas gracias!!! El alojamiento de Mónica e maravilloso!! A la casa no le falta detalle está súper bien cuidada y súper limpia. Tanto el dormitorio como la sala de cine son súper cómodos y el lugar estrella sin duda es el jacuzzi con las vistas al lago, un lugar idóneo para relajarse. El único inconveniente que podríamos decir es que la cocina no tiene vitrocerámica ni horno, por lo que no se puede cocinar y el acceso hasta la casa es un camino con bastantes curvas por lo que no apetece demasiado bajar al pueblo de abajo tanto para comprar como para comer en restaurantes que por cierto cierran muy pronto 😅 por todo lo demás es genial!!! Y Monica es una anfitriona súper atenta y amable!! Repetiríamos sin duda!!!

Notre séjour a été formidable. La vue était formidable sur le lac Majeur, surtout le soir et la nuit, c'était tout simplement magique ! L'appartement était tout confort et tout équipé. Propreté impeccable ! Fredrik était très accueillant et très disponible ! Merci à lui, pour ses conseils et sa bonne humeur communicative. Vivement recommandé !

Wir hatten einen richtig tollen Aufenthalt bei Luca in Ameno! Wir waren für eine Woche in der Unterkunft und haben uns direkt wie Zuhause gefühlt, es war sehr schön für uns. Die Landschaft ist einfach atemberaubend , der Garten hat unsere Herzen höher schlagen lassen, überall gab es Ecken zum entspannen. Mit den Fahrrädern konnten wir die Gegend erkunden, Luca gab uns Tipps für die Umgebung. Die Wohnung war perfekt für uns, wobei wir den größten Teil unseres Aufenthalts draußen im Garten verbracht haben. Luca war sehr freundlich und hat uns mit offenen Armen in seinem Zuhause willkommen geheißen. Wir hätten es nicht besser haben können und kommen sehr sehr gerne wieder! Alles in allem perfekt, ich würde gerne mehr als 5 Sterne geben <3

Große Wohnung mit tollem Blick auf den Lago Maggiore. Das ein oder andere Bild würde die Wohnung noch wohnlicher machen. Super sind auch die zwei großen Balkone und die Poolanlage. Küche ist sehr ausgestattet. Wir würden wieder kommen.

Séjour très agréable dans ce grand logement bien décoré et vraiment fonctionnel ! Nous étions seulement 2 mais il est très facile d'être 4 sans se marcher dessus. Elena a été très réactive et toutes les instructions d'arrivée autonome sont claires. La proximité à pied des commerces et du bord du lac avec beaucoup de bons restaurants sont de gros atouts. Je recommande fortement ce logement !

The place was perfect for our family! We love to cook and found it very easy to utilize the space and cook a big family meal. The place was well located to walk to many of the places we wanted to see. And the views were great. There is construction outside the building currently. Hopefully this will be done soon. Overall, lovely space to enjoy and see Milan!
