Welcome to the Crayon Box! Your family will be close to everything when you stay at our centrally located home in Mid-City. Near the Canal Streetcar, just off highway I-10, walking distance to restaurants/bars and very close to City Park. 3 blocks from Endymion parade route! We are kid friendly and can provide books and toys. Queen size mattress. Additional air mattress upon request. Please keep in mind this is an extension of our family home, not the Ritz-Carlton 🙂 message with any questions!

Close enough to the action, tucked away enough for peace and quiet. Your perfect getaway! This bright and charming home was renovated with care and artistry by the owner who lives next door. Walk down Desire St to reach the entry gate to Crescent City Park, take a short drive to Bacchanal fine wine and spirits, roam the eateries and bars of the Bywater neighborhood, and enjoy the across-the-street view of a historic cemetery. 30 to 45 minute walk to the French Quarter, or an 8 minute drive!

Comfy New Orleans Gentilly Neighborhood

Comfortable home in Old Gentilly Historical Neighborhood. This is not the an entire home but you do have a private entrance, bedroom, bathroom and living room. Your space is located in the downstairs area of our home (semi apartment without a kitchen). There is no kitchen but there is a small refrigerator, coffee maker, and microwave located in the space. Great neighbors. We are about a 10 minute ride away from French Quarter, City Park, Fairgrounds (Jazz Fest) and Lake Pontchartrain.
