Come down south in the off season. This is an established farming property which I have owned for forty years. A studio suited for couples and especially for families with young children,(under 3 free) and they love the space, plus only a 2 hr drive. The little siren studio Gnarabup

The little siren is a self contained studio at the rear of our property. It’s located in a unique little pocket of Margaret River, looking out over Gas bay surf break and the Cape Leeuwin ridge. An adults only ( no babies either sorry), oasis in which to explore the cape, snuggle up & read books or simply spend the night watching stars from your bed. Our bedroom is on a mezzanine level, the bathroom is downstairs, please note that there are multiple stairs on the property.

Olive Cottage is the larger of our 2 cottages situated on our small cattle farm. It has beautiful rural views overlooking pastures and lake. We are just 15/20 minutes from Busselton and Dunsbrough and just 7 minutes to Vasse where there is Coles supermarket and Vasse Village by Bunbury Farmers Market as well as several small shops
