Overlooking gorgeous Lake Dillon and the beautiful Ten Mile Range, this 500 square foot one bedroom comfortably sleeps two. In the heart of Dillon, this Summit Yacht Club condo offers easy access to year-round outdoor activities: walking distance to bars, the amphitheater (free weekend summer concerts), the marina and hiking/biking trails. Drive to Keystone in 10 minutes (or take the free Summit County bus across the street) and A-Basin/Copper in 15. Breckenridge is 25 and Vail a quick 35.

Mountain cabin with easy state park access!

One room cabin, located at an elevation of 9000’, with a kitchen and 3/4 bathroom. We are close to Golden Gate Canyon state park, where you can snowshoe, hike, mountain bike & more. 35 min to Boulder, 30 to Golden, 30 to Casinos in Black Hawk, 60 to DIA 3 restaurants, a liquor store, coffee shop and convenience store close by. This listing is advertised as no pets in consideration to people that suffer from severe allergies. Thank you for your understanding of this sensitive matter.

Red Cabin (spotty WiFi and cell signal)

This cabin is the perfect spot to rest after a day in the mountains! The main floor living room and kitchen are fully stocked. The upstairs loft is outfitted with a queen bed and a queen size pull-out sofa. The basement features a bunk bed! Our beautiful mountain location limits our access to internet, so the cell signal, WiFi and cable can be very slow or non-existent at times. We recommend planning to be off-the-grid in case this happens during your stay! We do not allow parties.

Great hiking nearby, and minutes away from white water rafting, fishing, hiking trails, gold mines, and world-famous pizza.

The Cricket- An amazing Tiny House!

The Cricket is a rustic historic cabin in a small neighborhood on Spring Street along side the rushing Clear Creek and nestled among an Aspen grove. The Cricket was built in 1920 and is 360 sq. feet. We have just completed renovations on the Cricket including a new bathroom, interior and exterior painting and extensive yard work. We think you will find our home a peaceful refuge!

Mountain Home is a 2BR/1BA condo that sleeps up to 6 people (maximum of 4 adults per Georgetown Short Term Rental Ordinance). We are just minutes from a number of ski resorts. There is a full kitchen and washer/dryer for your convenience. Play in the snow in winter and get out of the heat in summer!

One of a kind experience. Charming, historic, newly opened renovated cottage overlooking the rushing water of Clear Creek. Large open living, dining, kitchen. Bath for each bedroom. Pets welcome for a $50.00 fee. City fines for trash put outside. Store in the utility room outback or in the house.
