Great clean villa to stay in! Enjoyed our stay with my friends, the host was very accommodating We weren’t to far from the main areas it was only 20 minutes away. This villa has a lot of space it’s beautiful with beautiful views! I would definitely come back and recommend

Uns hat die Unterkunft besonders gut gefallen. Zum einen, ist die Unterkunft schöner als auf den Bildern zu sehen. Zudem ist die Unterkunft schön eingerichtet und sauber. Die Möbel und Ausstattung sind neuwertig und nicht abgenutzt. Die Lage ist super, weil es um die Villa herum ruhig ist und man dennoch sehr nah an der Stadt und somit an Restaurants Bars und Clubs ist. Man hat also alles von deinem. Der Poolbereich hat den ganzen Tag Sonne, sodass man sich in Ruhe Sonnen und diese ausnutzen kann. Die Eigentümer und Mitarbeiter der Unterkunft sind jederzeit erreichbar und die Kommunikation ist super. Diese Unterkunft ist super empfehlenswert. Es sind super süße Katzen in der Umgebung, die sich nach Liebe und Aufmerksamkeit sehnen. Das war das aller schönste was wir in unserem Urlaub erleben durften.

My wife and i needed a break to get away from the stressful year we needed to unwind and relax. Selva's place was the first place i had been able to unwind and relax from the moment we walked in the door very peaceful just what we needed. what a great host nothing was to much trouble and she responded instantly. we would recommend any couples looking for a beautiful and relaxing getaway with stunning views to book this apartment and have a great time. we will be booking here again as was a great experience. definitely need to hire a car. many thanks Selva we had a great stay and will be back next year 5 star many thanks Natasha & Andre

Wonderful house in a beautiful setting. Walking distance to Bodrum Marina, restaurants and shops. Taxi rank at the end of the road. The house was spotless and very comfortable. We all slept well. Great host and very responsive. No problems at all and would love to return.

We were a group of 7 friends staying at the Theodores villa for my birthday, we had an absolutely amazing time. Louise who is the manager at TAF and her staff like Joanna, were super communicative and accommodating of our requests and gave us amazing service throughout our time there. The villa and the surrounding areas (the beach, the restaurant) all exceeded expectations and we actually ate at the restaurant quite frequently because we loved the food. We were serviced for housekeeping almost like a hotel but it still felt very private and luxurious. They also helped organise a private yoga session for the group at the villa for additional cost which was great. Overall, we'd love to stay here again and will be recommending it to friends! Appartamento molto carino, comodo, luminoso e funzionale. Vi è la possibilità di cucinare in quanto è dotato di fornelli a induzione, pentole, padelle, piatti, posate e lavandino. Ottima posizione, in luogo tranquillo a 10 minuti a piedi dal mare e a 5 minuti dal supermercato Konstantinos. Elisabeth è gentile e molto disponibile, ci ha aiutato a raggiungere l'appartamento dandoci tutte le informazioni necessarie, e ci ha inoltre fornito suggerimenti su come spostarci, sugli orari dei bus e sui prezzi di bus e taxi, consigliandoci anche luoghi da visitare. Host fantastica, speriamo di tornare presto!

4 gün konakladık ve çok memnun kaldık. Ev sahiplerimiz çok güvenilir ve tatlılardı. Ev fotoğraflarda anlatıldığından daha iyiydi, çok temizdi. Evin konumu oldukça iyi, yalıkavak marinaya yürüme mesafesinde, ulaşım sıkıntısı çekmedik. Şiddetle tavsiye ediyorum, tereddüt etmeden konaklayabilirsiniz.

Υπέροχη διόροφη κατοικία, ευρύχωρη και άνετη με μεγάλα υπνοδωμάτια και έναν απίστευτα άνετο και όμορφο ενιαίο χώρο κουζίνας-σαλονιού στο ισόγειο. Πολύ όμορφη βεράντα στον όροφο. Νιώσαμε πολύ άνετα από την πρώτη στιγμή, δε μας έλειψε τίποτα. Πολύ όμορφη και ήσυχη τοποθεσία, είναι κυριολεκτικά κοντά στα πάντα, πας παντού στην πόλη με τα πόδια. Το σπίτι είναι από τις περιπτώσεις που η πραγματικότητα είναι καλύτερη από τις φωτογραφίες! Ο οικοδεσπότης ήταν πολύ κατατοπιστικός σε όλα, διακριτικός, φιλικός και ευγενικός στην επικοινωνία μας,δε χρειάστηκε καν να ρωτήσουμε για το οτιδήποτε καθώς μας παρείχε όλες τις πληροφορίες και κάθε λεπτομέρεια για τη διαμονή μας, πριν καν φτάσουμε!

Unser Aufenthalt war von A bis Z perfekt. Die Lage, die Ausstattung, die Kommunikation und die Sauberkeit, einfach alles war super. Wir kommen gerne wieder und können diese Unterkunft herzlich weiter empfehlen. Wir hatten wunderschöne Familienferien dort. Vielen Dank für alles!

The place was very clean and exactly as shown on Airbnb. Husnu was a fantastic host and provided many helpful tips and suggestions. I would absolutely stay at his apartment in the in future and highly recommend. I made the dumb mistake of forgetting my cellphone in Bodrum. Husnu immediately shipped it to me in the United States.

Yer olarak çok merkezi bir konumda, aynı zamanda izole, mahremiyet konusunda da hiç sıkıntı olmuyor. Melis hanım bizi çok iyi karşıladı. Önceden rica ettiğimiz her şeyi sağlamıştı. Evin içinde ihtiyaç duyulan mutfak eşyaları tamdı. Her odada klima olması ısınma açısından muhteşemdi asla üşümedik. Ayrıca Melis hanımın annesi bize tatlı bile getirdi çok naziklerdi. Otopark sorunu da yok onu da ayarlıyorlar. Yine gelirsek kalacağımız yer burası.

Meral Hanım ve eşi son derece misafirperver ve cok yardımcılar, ev kutu gibi ihtiyac duyulacak herşey mevcut cok guzel dizayn edilmiş aşırı sakin ve huzurluydu, her gün sitenin kendi plajından faydalandık , deniz suyu aşırı temizdi ve doğal havuz cok keyifliydi cocuklar cok mutlu oldular, ev marketlere cok yakındı alışveriş konusunda sorun yaşamdık ama araç şart, cok huzurlu bir tatil geçirdik, tekrar cok tşk ederiz misafirperverliğiniz için🙏🏻

Eve bayıldık! Tertemiz, merkezi konum, ferah ve ihtiyacımız olan her şeye sahipti. Ayça hanımın güler yüzlü ve misafirpeverliği çok hoştu. Bodrumun en güzel zamanında bu evde konakladığımız için çok memnunuz . Seneye görüşmek dileğiyle

The pales was great and Erdem is very nice man , let us stay a bit longer , jut one thing would be nice to have microwave in kitchen , but otherwise it was great, we loved the place . And Bodrum was as described, jut we were not lucky whit weather 😃🥰

A very spacious apartment a stone’s throw from the beaches and the amenities of Kos town. Antonia and her mum have been very kind and helpful.

L’appartement de Maria et George est absolument idéalement situé. À proximité du centre de Kos et de la plage tout en étant au calme c’est très appréciable. Il y avait des stationnements gratuits juste devant l’appartement quasiment toute la durée de notre séjour (fin avril) La propreté est irréprochable et vous aurez tout le nécessaire pour passer un excellent séjour sur cette magnifique île. Vous avons suivi les bons plans de Maria et nous recommandons à 100% et reviendrons dès que possible. Merci !!! Thierry, Catherine et Olga

Öncelikle biz Fatoş hanımı çok sevdik. Harika bir ev sahibi. İlgili ve son derece özenli. Evi çok temiz, büyük ve bakımlı bir bahçeye sahip, aynı zamanda da güvenli. Evde ihtiyacınız olabilecek her şey var. Hatta çok daha fazlası var. Kediler de bonusu. Özellikle Leyla'yı çok özleyecek gibiyiz. Tabii bahçeyi de... Burada sizi adeta harikalar diyarına davet eden bir bahçe var. Amacınız her gün koştur koştur bir yerlere gitmek değil de gerçekten biraz mola vermekse bahçedeki ağacın altında dinleneceğinize çok eminiz. Tabii dışarı çıkmak istediğinizde mahalle de çok yakın, yürüme mesafesinde. Ancak ev biraz daha mahallenin üstünde kaldığı için denize veya marketlere gitmek için araçla gelmenizi/kiralamanızı tavsiye ediyoruz. Kısacası Bitez’in kalbinde, her yere oldukça yakın ama bir o kadar da sakin ve huzurlu bir ev arıyorsanız gönül rahatlığıyla burayı tercih edebilirsiniz. Biz şimdiden özledik bile. :)

Bodrum’daki bu Airbnb, şimdiye kadar kaldığım en keyifli yerlerden biriydi. Konumu harika; sessiz ve huzurlu, ama Bodrum’un merkezine ve plajlara çok yakın. Ev modern ve konforlu bir şekilde döşenmiş, geniş ve aydınlık bir yaşam alanına sahip. Yataklar oldukça rahat ve evde ihtiyacınız olabilecek her şey düşünülmüş. Bahçe alanı da çok güzeldi, özellikle sıcak günlerde serinlemek için mükemmeldi. Ev sahibi inanılmaz misafirperverdi; konaklama boyunca gösterdiği ilgiyle bizi çok mutlu etti. Burada kaldığım süre boyunca kendimi hem çok rahat hem de evimde gibi hissettim. Bodrum’u keşfetmek veya sadece dinlenmek isteyenler için ideal bir yer. Burada tekrar kalmayı kesinlikle dört gözle bekliyorum ve herkese tavsiye ederim!

Lovely place that matched the description. Very clean and comfortable, has all you need for a good short or longer-term stay. It is in a private yard, delicious mandarins and some charming cats there, with a little separate patio. The sokak (lane) the property is in is very quiet, but at the same time walkable to the seaside as well as places to eat and shop. If you drive, bear in mind that being quiet the lane is walking only and Google Maps does, as very often, a rubbish job of navigating the last couple of hundred meters. One should just unload suitcases at the sokak's intersection with the two adjacent streets it connects to, or walk straight from one of the 3 car parks that are very close by. Very nice and welcoming host. Definitely a great find for Bodrum.
