Lovely place to stay!

Amazing stay. Definitely recommend. Peaceful. Hot tub was great. No one around. Worth the stay. Would be a great place in the summer with the lake right there

This trip was more than we could've ever wanted! The property was lovely and the hosts were more than accommodating and made sure everything was as comfortable as it could've been! I'd recommend anyone to book with these hosts and I will definitely be booking again!

Nice and cozy cabin! Super responsive host with great touches to the cabin. Didn't get to enjoy the hot tub because it took too much time to get it fully heated and unfortunately weren't at the cabin for several hours leading up to when we wanted to use it but if you have the time to tend to it, I'm sure it's lovely. Fully stocked kitchen which was great for cooking a group meal.

My family and I had such a WONDERFUL long weekened away at Fox & Loon! It was so relaxing and peaceful, and exactly what we needed! The house was the perfect setup for our family of 4. It was so open and bright, and had everything we needed. We got tons of use out of the hot tub, and fished every day from the dock! The sunsets were gorgeous! Sheri and Adam were the perfect hosts! Right from the beginning, they were extremely responsive and answered every question I had (which was a lot!). They even went out of their way to find out some additional information I requested. We would absolutely, without a doubt, stay here again! Thank you Sheri and Adam!

The perfect place for a cozy cabin trip! The view of the mountains is incredible and the house has everything you'd need to stay in and cook meals. It was great to also be close to downtown North Conway for restaurants and cafes, as well as Attitash for winter skiing. Chris was very responsive throughout our stay and a wonderful host.

Loved Nancy's cabin! Stayed for a cold weekend in snowy February '25. Family of six with adult children, significant other, 8month old baby, and pups. Circle dirt driveway fit our three suvs with room for more (beginning of driveway is shared with house next door). Right off route 113, but hardly noticed the traffic noise, the river scenery was gorgeous and peaceful. River was frozen and there is a walking trail across the way, so we saw a few snowshoers and their pups, otherwise a secluded stay. Three bedrooms upstairs with a full bath, living room, kitchen, and one bunk room in the basement with a second living area and half bath with laundry. Kitchen was fully stocked. Cozy but enough room for us to spread out. Wifi worked well. The ramp up to the house from the driveway wasn't shoveled, nor was the deck, but one shovel was provided and we brought our own shovels to clear it for use. Also nice covered area under the deck out the basement door. Comfy beds! Cards and board games too.

Great location and cozy home with great ambiance, decor, and all of the necessities. The spiral staircase and upstairs rooms felt much smaller in person but no major issues! If you're bringing dog(s) that may have noise sensitivity like ours sometimes do - note that the walls to nextdoor Airbnb are quite thin. The dogs also had difficulty on the stairs - one learned to go up and down by training and the other one had to be carried up and down 😂 Hosts were great!

This house was absolutely perfect for our visit to see family. We will definitely be staying here again! The house was spacious and perfect for having the grandparents over for dinner with enough space for everyone. It was perfectly centrally located for us and our families who live in Sunapee. Caitlin was beyond helpful when I lost the email with the house code and responded right away! Highly recommend this beautiful home!

Great view and cabin was actually clean. Peaceful week on the lake. The area was fun. Found the alpaca farm open in the weekend close by and got to feed them. Picked the best apples we've ever had at Libbys U Pik not far from cabin. Shopped at the Limerick market and found Shaines of Maine icecream. Tried Black Rasberry and Grapenut yummy on both. They had lots of other specialty items. Fried chicken was great too. Also shopped close by at the Ye Old Sale Shop and found some wonderful vintage treasures. Had a great time at the cabin and surrounding area. Would totally come back this summer to get on the lake in the kayaks when its warmer and have another great week. The porch is the ultimate lake porch. The cats and ourselves thoroughly enjoyed the lake view all week Thank you for a wonderful vacation.

My boyfriend and I had an outstanding time at Helens cozy spot. We spent all day kayaking and canoeing in the beautiful lake. We absolutely loved this home and will miss it dearly. We'll hopefully be back another time. The dishwasher amenity was a life saver! We also hiked up Mount Willard via Crawford's notch (much to my surprise my boyfriend proposed up there!) This will be a get away I will never forget. Definitely stay at this lovely lake house.

Great location, spotless clean , comfortable. Most of all it is the beautiful setting in the woods close to lake. Great for adults and families. Highly recommended.

Thank you very much Joan for a nice week for me and the kids. It was just what the doctor ordered, and a good change of scene where we could put away the devices and pick up a board game and relax! The weather did not quite cooperate as it was extremely cold and windy, with a heavy snowstorm to start the week. Luckily Joan was very communicative and flexible around the storm and ensured we were able to get up there safe and sound to hunker down as the snow fell down. The kids (13 & 10) and I got in a good routine of cross country skiing and exploring the lake together, playing some board games, and enjoying the jacuzzi! We ended up housebound for a good chunk of the trip so it was nice to have such a cozy place to have as our home base. Take care and hope to be back someday! Jeremy

We had a wonderful time staying in Middleton, NH. The lake is beautiful!

Spent a peaceful fall weekend with my family at this beautiful lakefront cottage. We spent most of our time out on the dock or on the screened-in porch. Fully stocked kitchen and comfortable rooms made us feel at home. Rebecca was a fantastic host - easy to communicate with, organized and very welcoming. Thanks for a five star stay!

Lots of bedrooms, extremely clean, and beautiful view.

I really enjoyed our stay with the family at Antonia‘s place in North Conway. I like that it is a semi remote location with good privacy and close proximity to essential needs as well as nice outdoor activities. Our little dogs also enjoyed the place and everything was described well prior to our arrival. Our host was in constant communication with help as needed. I would recommend this location and I would come back to stay here again.
