This is a great location - right across from the beach. We walked on the beach every day. The drive up 1A along the coast to Portsmouth is beautiful. We went off season so most of Hampton Beach closed down, but drive a couple miles inland to the town of Hampton and you'll find a grocery store and more restaurants. The condo is very comfortable. It's a studio so not big, but the host has done a nice job with lost of amenities and consumables. It's on the south side of the building so plenty of sun. It has a deck with a partial view of the beach. The only thing to note depending on your mobility is it's on the third floor so two flights of stairs - no elevator.

We had a great stay at this great apartment. The spiral staircase down to the bedroom was fun. Kitchen had everything we needed for making meals. Terry was very quickly responsive to our request to adjust the heat in living room/kitchen level, which does not have it's own in-unit thermostat (the bedroom has a wall heater that worked great for adjusting the temperature there). We really enjoy this location near the Roxbury Crossing T stop. We like to walk, and it's a reasonable walk to many places (MFA, Gardiner Museum, Northeastern U, Boston U, even downtown). We'd definitely stay here again.

The Condo is perfect place to start from, centrally located and mere minutes walking to whatever your interested it, entertainment, food/drink, and of course the beach! The space itself, clean and functional, lends to a comfy place to unwind after a busy day. Diana is a fantastic host who was always available. She communicated everything we needed and more when necessary.

We came for a few last dips in the ocean and show our 6yr the arcades, boardwalk and cirque at the seashell. this location is perfect because we were able to be close to activities but without the noise that sometimes comes with it. Our little one was happy and there for we are too. Thank you!.

Our stay was very comfortable in this warmth, clean, beautiful home with a comfy bed with all the amenities given. I stayed at Sue’s place with my two small children for 3 weeks. While I did bring my own crib because a pack n play isn’t an option for our toddler, the condo was very well supplied. In fact, I purchased and had an Instacart delivery upon arrival because I did not anticipate clothes detergent, shower toiletries, paper towels, etc. There is so much natural light, great parking, a nice porch, so close to the Charles River walk and Moody Street. We frequented Common Grounds cafe- highly recommend! The garbage disposal and sink backed up the day after we arrived and Sue had it fixed within 24 hours. Coming from a pretty rural area, I found the street noise and lights a bit problematic for sleep.

Great location! We had a great stay. Only thing we didn’t expect is it was not two bedrooms just one bedroom on the main floor and an open loft which we made work but no privacy. Appreciated late check-out and so nice to have a washer and dryer to use. Paul was super quick to respond to any questions.

This was such a beautiful place to stay. Check in and check out were easy. Joanne was easy to reach and quick to respond. Place is in a beautiful location with so many places to eat within walking distance and Hampton Beach 8 minute drive. Joanne’s place was so clean and cozy. Would definitely stay again!

Wonderful stay! Shirley was a responsive and kind host and we enjoyed staying here for three nights over the Boston Marathon weekend. Squeaky floors may make it tough to make a midnight trip to the kitchen or bathroom unnoticed, but everything else was perfect. Would stay here again.

We had a great stay! Quiet, safe neighborhood, easy to get to the city. Lots of space for the six of us to eat and relax together. Beautiful view of the Boston skyline just minutes walk from the place. Comfortable beds and soft sheets too! We also had no troubles parking nearby and leaving our car (for free) for our entire stay.

We recently stayed at this beautiful downtown Gloucester AirBNB for our niece’s wedding weekend and had a wonderful experience. The location was perfect-right in the heart of downtown, making it easy to get to the wedding venue, the Beauport Hotel, and explore all that Gloucester has to offer. The two-bedroom unit was fully appointed with everything we needed, from a well-equipped kitchen to comfortable beds and plenty of space to relax. Our host was exceptionally helpful and attentive, checking in to make sure we had everything we needed and responding quickly to any questions. He was even kind enough to recommend places to enjoy breakfast and dinner. We highly recommend this unit for anyone looking for a convenient, comfortable stay in Gloucester.

The condo was the perfect size for 3 of us in separate rooms and two bathrooms. Condo was very clean, simple with comfortable space and we had everything we needed for the stay. Finding the place in the dark was a little tricky as the numbers are faded but overall 5 stars and I would book again if in the area and listing is available.

We stayed at Marian & Avanish's place for a spring trip in Boston and it was a wonderful experience! We were 4 people and the unit felt incredibly spacious and comfortable, the kitchen and bathroom were sparkling clean, well-stocked and made you feel right at home! We would wholeheartedly recommend this place to future guests!

Was an amazing Place to stay. The area was outstanding with lots to do and very easy access to the train to get to and from downtown and other areas of the city. Will definitely stay here again! The parking spot was a huge plus!!

We had a wonderful vacation in NH especially due to the beautiful condo we stayed in. Every morning we took a short walk to the beach at sunrise. We also enjoyed sitting out on the deck overlooking the pool as well. It was a short drive to most places of interest, shops and restaurants. Our host Sue was very responsive via text. The place was clean and full of many things to help make our stay special. We’ll definitely be back in the future.

Great place to stay with an awesome view of the beach right from the balcony. This is where every morning we would have our coffee to plan out our day and every evening sit back with a glass of wine and watch the moon rise over the ocean. The accommodations were good, the place was clean and had all the things to make our stay enjoyable. We would stay here again as well as recommend it to friends and family.

We stay at Hampton Beach every year for a few days. This has by far been the best. It seemed we were at home. Copmmunication with the owner and the facility was exceptional.

The apartment was just as described. Very clean, next to the train station, very well furnished. The hosts were very helpful and responded promptly. It is the second time I rent in this building with Johna as a host, two different apartments, both great. I definitely recommend this property.

Excellent place and hosts, highly recommended. Don met us in the place and showed us around and made us feel at home. The apartment was beautiful, extremely well stocked, and very comfortable. The location is great as it's very quiet but also very close to local amenities and the highway.

This was a lovely place to stay, very cute apartment with a killer view. Right on the beach and walkable to many activities and restaurants. Brenda was great, helpful and proactive communication very early on.
