Cute little place that was very comfy. Great accommodations for two couples. Couch and beanbag were great. Pantry was well stocked and there was plenty of kitchenware. Jacuzzi was very nice; it was a super cool experience sitting it in while it was snowing. Tall people beware the shower is a bit small. There are some neighbors but we didn't see them. Nighttime is extremely quiet out there and Evergreen shops are about a 20 min drive away, so be sure to stock up before you get there and have plans for dinner. Kenneth communicated very well and was very responsive.

In summary, definitely stay here! It surpassed every expectation. The house is wonderful. The layout is great and it is very spacious. It has excellent toys and activities for kids. The kitchen is really well equipped and it is probably the cleanest place I have ever stayed. The views are just breathtaking and local wildlife is always wandering by (elk, hares, foxes). The location of the property is really special. After spending the day exploring the local towns etc, it is just magical to return back to this expansive plateau with snowy peaks all around you. The host, Jodi, was really helpful and it was a pleasure to stay here. Thanks so much!

This place is truly a gem. We were all coming different places; South Carolina, Texas, Florida and Georgia. This was our first time visiting Colorado and I can say it did not disappoint. We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay and made our experiences together memorable ❤️ #Myfavoritepeople!!

Excellent! We booked more months in advance then added extra days to our stay. Our hosts responded immediately and were able to accommodate. The house and area is beautiful and exceeded our expectations. Everything was exceptionally clean, the house rules were very clear (I feel like that holds everyone accountable and rents to responsible individuals.) it’s a beautiful, well cared for home and we enjoyed every minute of our holiday and vacation!

Lovely get away spot! This home is beautiful and located in a small community, but also had lots of privacy. The views of the mountains surrounding it are amazing and the house brings the outside in, with lots of light and windows. Enjoyed the large porch off the living room, and the smaller porch off the main bedroom. The second bedroom is a loft with seating area. Made great meals in the kitchen which had all the utensils needed and high quality pots. The house was clean and well appointed with quality sheets and towels. Great internet connection for work, streaming and browsing. Brought our food, and snacks since the house is 25-30 minutes away from nearest grocery store. Spent several days in peace, retreat, quiet walks, meditation and tranquility up there. It’s snowed 2ft one day before check out glad I had something in my car to clean off snow, , the roads were clean by the time it was time to leave. The place was just what I needed to refuel. Would definitely come back! Loved it

Beautiful mountain chalet for a gathering of friends. Extremely detailed instructions ahead of time so felt well taken care of at every turn. Gorgeous views. Lovely home. Excellent host. Definitely recommend. Note that there is only one private bedroom. The other two beds are upstairs in a loft overlooking the living room. Not much privacy up there but comfortable beds and beautiful bathroom. We enjoyed every minute of our stay.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay. It was sunny and warm when we arrived and we saw a bald eagle perched atop a tree by the house. We sat and watched him fly over the lake then come back to the tree a few times. The next day the temperature dropped and it started snowing but it was still comfortable to step outside and enjoy the fresh mountain air. The hot tub was amazing. It was so peaceful and relaxing watching the landscape change as the snow fell.

Julia's place was great for our group. We had plenty of space to hang out and chill. The cabin was also in a beautiful location, it was so peaceful being there and so quite. Having Idaho Springs right next door was great. There was plenty to do there and see. I would recommend this cabin to anyone looking for a relaxing trip.

LOVE LOVE LOVED this house! So comfy and cozy, well taken care of and stocked with everything you would need or expect staying at an Air Bnb. Was a perfect distance to Winter Park and all activities and we really enjoyed the hot tub! Very clean!
