Appartement très bien situé pour accéder rapidement à la gare et au centre ville, confortable, très calme, extrêmement propre et parfaitement équipé. Franca nous a très cordialement accueillis et a pris le temps de nous donner des conseils ( restaurants, commerces, visites). Merci pour tout.

Appartamento ampio e curato, in ottima posizione nel centro di Modena. Anche se non luminosissimo, è stata la soluzione perfetta per un weekend. Rita host impeccabile.

From the beginning of our stay to the very end Anthony has been a wonderful host! He recommended us great places and he was responsive to our questions. The place looked like the photos. It was clean and had all the things in the description. It's the best place for the price and it's close to many locations so that you can walk easily. I stayed at Giulia’s flat for a week and had a wonderful experience. Her mom greeted me at check-in even though we didn’t speak the same language, she was so warm and welcoming that communication was no problem at all. The flat itself felt like home. Very clean, cozy, and well-equipped. The location is perfect: everything is within walking distance, including the train station, which made it super easy to visit nearby cities. I would definitely recommend staying here and would love to come back!

I can’t say enough about our stay at Sara and Gabriele’s home. It was immaculate, comfortable, beautifully decorated, in a perfect location and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable and easy. They gave us restaurant recommendations - all of which were wonderful. They even made reservations for us for dinner one night at a place nearby and gave us menu suggestions. The building is beautiful and secure and everything is within walking distance, with great bars, restaurants, cafes, and sightseeing locations close by. Sara also even called a taxi for us and allowed us to keep our luggage at the apartment until our train left. Everything was perfect and we will definitely stay there again if we are ever back in Bologna! Bologna is a beautiful city and we really loved it. Highly, highly recommend.

Great apartment, very nice location. Not as much light as in the pictures. We were allowed to get an early check in and are very grateful.

Casa pulita, impeccabile.

Appartamento funzionale. Perfetto per due persone. L’ho usato per lavorare da remoto con un’ottima connessione wi-fi. Perfettamente allestito. Gli host sono gentilissimi e sempre attenti e disponibili a rispondere ad ogni domanda e necessità.

Alloggio perfetto per famiglie o gruppetto di amici, spazioso con tutte le comodità, il fatto di avere due bagni è comodissimo. Zona tranquilla senza tanti rumori. Ci torneremo volentieri.

Monolocale, appena ristrutturato, non tanto distante dal centro e dallo stadio. Possiede un parcheggio privato con uno spazio esterno a disposizione.

Die Unterkunft war die beste, in der wir je waren. Mit 3 Kindern war es einfach nur perfekt. Die Ruhe trotz Innenstadt, das einfache Parken, der einfache Check-In, die Sauberkeit, die Ausstattung, einfach alles bis ins Detail gemacht. Wir waren extrem zufrieden. Hätte gerne mit 6 Sternen bewertet :)

Amazing super clean Airbnb centrally located in Bologna. Really close to the train station and everything you need to do while you’re in the city. The apartment is quite spacious and the jacuzzi is fantastic. Ida was an excellent host with great communication and let me do a late check out free of charge. Highly recommend her place if you’re visiting Bologna, Italy. You won’t regret it

Dario’s place is the most well stocked Airbnb I have ever come across. He has absolutely everything you could need, from cooking, cleaning items to actually stocked food and drinks, I was stunned how generous he is leaving all those options. The place is so clean and tidy and in a quiet area. As a single female traveller it was also safe and easy to find. Don’t hesitate, book it!

Wir waren eine Woche in diesem wunderbaren Penthouse von Goffredo und haben uns sehr wohl und willkommen gefühlt. Das Penthouse ist sehr gross und auf zwei Ebenen. Der Aussenbereich ist auf drei Ebenen und sehr gepflegt. In wärmeren Tagen sicher ein Traum mit dem Pool und dem Jacuzzi auf dem obersten Deck. Wir wurden persönlich begrüsst. Auf dem Tisch standen Blumen, Sekt, Pralinen, Wasser und Säfte. Sehr bequeme Betten, flauschige Frotteewäsche und sogar Bademäntel wurden zur Verfügung gestellt. Das Hamam war das Highlight der Wohnung für uns. Aber auch das Sprudelbad wurde rege genutzt. Für uns hat alles prima gepasst und wir empfehlen diese Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiter. Herzlichen Dank für die Gastfreundschaft, wir kommen gerne ein anderes Mal wieder.
