If inside we ask they are not left inside alone , sit on the couches / beds and when outside, animals must be on lead as our farm animals are near by. Relax in this cosy guest house with spacious surrounds. The guest house is close to the main house but with private outlook and places to explore along the seasonal creek and open paddocks . Close to Euroa There is a kitchenette with small bar fridge and microwave. PLEASE DO NOT USE PORTABLE COOKING DEVICES IN THE GUEST HOUSE for safety reasons. BBQ facilities and campfire pit are available in front of the guest house however fire pit not available from November due to fire restrictions

A queen bed in the main, single beds in the second bedroom and fold out couch in the lounge can sleep up to 6 guests. Full kitchen including new oven, hot plates and fridge you can cook up a storm if you wish! Fitted with reverse cycle air conditioner you will be comfortable all year round whatever the weather.

Little House on the Hill

The Little House on the Hill at the eastern end of Warburton overlooks the chooks, the veggie patch, the orchard and across the valley to gorgeous 270° views. It is next door to the Big House, set on an acre that slopes down to the Yarra River. A great swimming spot on hot days and a good way to access the town and the rail trail (five minutes there, maybe ten minutes return - uphill). There are plenty of lovely walks nearby including the Aqueduct Trail that starts further up the hill.

Your very own cottage haven in the heart of the Yarra Valley, surrounded by farmland and abundant nature. Cosy-up in the evenings with the wood fire and rest and reset with your own private two-person sauna. There are country views, free range chickens and a very comfy king size bed. When we can, we love to provide homemade bread and eggs from the chooks. Located in the heart of the Yarra Valley, with Lilydale, Yarra Glen, Healesville and Warburton all 15-30 mins away by car.

A place to relax, situated on a 5 acre property with lots of space for parking. Our home is adjacent to this accommodation, we are not tolerant of drugs and parties. Minimum 2 night stay. 20A outlet for EV charging. Hot Tub / Spa for relaxing and soaking out the pains of a long drive. North east Vic has a plethora of things to see and do, no matter your taste. We have lived in this region all of our lives and are happy to help out with any queries.
