This apartment has exceeded my expectations. 400 m to the best beach in Kemer (Sandy+a little bit of stones), this beach is the most beautiful in whole Kemer. The flat was clean and had a lot, a lot of kitchen utensils and home goods, so I felt like at home! The wifi is strong, the furniture is brand new, carpets are clean, all is clean. I was a superhost myself in Vienna, and this place is better equipped with utensils and amenities than mine! The apartment door goes direct into a beautiful courtyard, and it feels very, very safe, because there is a door guard at the entrance to the apartment courtyard. At the same time, we had a lot of privacy. Bus stop to town and Antalya just 100m away. Lastly, no matter how good, well-located and clean any place could be, if the host isn’t available or friendly, it can ruin everything. But Berkem was very responsive, he answered every need (extra blankets etc) very quickly. So far I personally think it is the best private apartment to stay in Kem

We enjoyed some quiet downtime at Fatih's stone house half-way through our road trip around Turkey. Fatih's parents were very welcoming, preparing dinner and breakfast for us and the rural setting was idyllic. We enjoyed being surrounded by lambs, chickens, cats and dogs and waking to the sound of birdsong and yet we were only 30 minutes from the coast and the dubious delights of Land of Legends. The house is excellent value for money and is perfect for getting away from the tourist crowds. Highly recommended.

The apartment is beautiful and fully equipped, good location, close to the sea, easy to reach by public transport. Communication with Fatma was smooth, check in and check out was uncomplicated

A peaceful holiday location among orange and lemon groves. Very close to the sea and peaceful place. The hotel owners are friendly and help you immediately with any needs you may have. I would definitely consider going again.

Yunus was very helpful, especially on the last day when we needed extra time for check out. He worked with us with what we needed throughout the holiday, and often messaged to check everything was ok. The place was cosy and clean. There were most essentials in the cupboard, and Yunus provided two industrial size bottles of drinking water for when we arrived. I would recommend this Villa as it was great value for money and it was one of a few villa's we could find in Antalya with six bedrooms.

The villa was clean, spacious, and well stocked with supplies needed for a week-long stay. The pool was clean and the property well maintained. The location was phenomenol - situated in the old town with shopping, restaurants, and all amenities just minutes away. We knew from previous reviews to expect music thumping from a nearby night club, so we were prepared for it. The bathtub on the top floor had very low water pressure, so it was tricky to use the shower head, but there are 2 other showers in the villa for use. The host was prompt to respond to any communication, and accessible within minutes, if needed. A perfect stay for our group of 8 (4 couples).

Sehr gute Gastfreundlichkeit, spitze Reaktivität, gute Tipps, herzliche Familie. Schöne Aussicht. In knapp 5 Minuten mit dem Auto zu den Kletterfelsen. Unterkunft perfekt für 2 bis 3 Personen, zu viert auch möglich (wir waren 4): das Schlafsofa ist okay für 2 Teenagers. Ich empfehle sehr diese Unterkunft.

We really enjoyed staying at Serap's place. It was really comfortable, spacious and the house is very well equipped (dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker etc.) and clean. It is quite and peaceful, the view at the mountains and forest is amazing. You can easily plan hiking trips to the nearby locations (eg. Trebenna) and enjoy gozleme restaurant which is 10min walking distance. The only drawbacks were lack of wifi during our staying (it was due to the service provider, Serap made it up for us though which was much appreciated) and the distance to the rocks for climbing (by car its around 15min, it was known already during booking). I highly recommend the place if you look for a comfortable and peaceful spot! :) perfect for a group of friends or a family.

The apartment is very easy to find and lot of parking spaces here. I found no difficulty during the check in. It’s spacious and very similar to the photos they posted. I have enjoyed the gym and outdoor swimming pool during my stay. Would recommend to those who stay in Antalya.

Yılbaşı öncesi güzel bir hafta sonu geçirdik. Temiz havanın ve doğanın tadını çıkartmak için süper bir yer. Durali bey giriş çıkış ve konaklama esnasında her sorumuza yanıt verdi ve yardımcı oldu. Akşam üzeri yürüyüşler yaptık ve yılın bu zamanları ortaya çıkan yerel mantarlardan topladık ve yedik.(Durali bey bu konuda bize bilgilendirme yaptı) Antalya merkeze çok yakın olması nedeniyle daha çok tercih edeceğimizi düşünüyoruz. Her şey için teşekkürler

Het appartement is heel goed gelegen, in de prachtige oude stad, dichtbij het park en de 2 strandjes. Levendige buurt in de avond maar overdag en ´s nachts is het rustig. Het zwembad is een topper en de airco houdt het appartement koel. Het keukengerei is basic, en als er iets ontbrak bracht Sedat het onmiddellijk. Hij was erg behulpzaam en goed bereikbaar. Wij verbleven er 9 dagen en halfweg werd het appartement voor ons schoongemaakt. We zijn tevreden over ons verblijf!

Good location - several grocery stores nearby. Tuesday market was only a 5-minute walk from the apartment and had great food and prices. Apartment was very clean, bright and comfortable. Had everything we needed, and it felt like we were in our own home. Very quiet building, with ample parking. On the 5th floor so appreciated the elevator. Banu is a very friendly, organized, and experienced host. She was quick to respond to our messages, and we appreciated her suggestions for restaurants, etc. Would definitely recommend staying here. Konaklamamız son derece keyifli geçti. Son derece geniş odaları ve ortak yaşam alanları mevcuttu. Her odanın kendine ait banyosu olması son derece konforluydu. Ev tarafımıza gayet temiz teslim edildi. Akşam yemekleri dahil genelde keyifli bahçesinde zaman geçirdik. Yaz aylarında havuz kullanımı ile çok daha hoş zaman geçirilecektir. Her türlü sorumuza ve talebimize hemen karşılık bulduk.Bu anlamda Timur Bey'e ve Mehmet Bey'e teşekkürlerimizi iletiyoruz.

Sedat bey bütün sorularımı yanıtladı. Gayet güvenilir bir ortam ve merkeze oldukça yakın. Konakladığım oda göründüğünden çok daha ferahtı yine gelsem yine orada kalırım
