It sits along the highway--back from the river maybe 100 yds. That's why it's less expensive. But you have access to the 1/4 mile of river & all docks & water toys.

The cabin is 2 miles from the center of Grand Lake Village and 3 miles from Rocky Mountain National Park (RMNP).
