Great location, especially for SARATOGA RACE TRACK. the place was clean and well maintained. They even left a basket of snacks and some sparkling water for us. Very thoughtful.

I highly recommend this place if you are in the Lake George area. Felt like home and perfectly as described, even better. One of the best hosts out of all the Airbnb's we have been to. Paul is such a nice guy. We had to change our dates of reservation, he kindly accommodated our request. Very responsive and proactive. We had a wonderful stay at Bill’s place. We were traveling to town last minute for a funeral and he was very accommodating for us. His home was perfect for spending some much needed family time together!

Katya’s place was perfect for our large group. We relaxed on the deck, prepared meals in the kitchen, and were able to eat them together at the large dining table. Beds were comfortable. The walk to the SPAC was beautiful and manageable. Katya is a great communicator and helped us navigate several changes to our plans from the time of booking to our arrival; something we really appreciate.

This house was amazing. We were in town to celebrate my daughter’s wedding and had friends and family stay with us. It was plenty big enough for 7 adults, 2 teen agers and my 12 yr old son. It was fresh and clean and very comfortable. The beds were very comfortable, the basement was nice to hang out and unwind after a day of shopping. Great hosts. I would definitely book again and recommend to anyone. Price is very reasonable for families traveling together or couples. 5 Stars!

We had a great stay in Ballston spa - Brian was very responsive and made sure we had everything needed for an enjoyable stay. The fenced yard was perfect for our pup and toys in the front closet were a great bonus!

We had a wonderful and comfortable stay. Shane is a great host and was very responsive and accommodated us last minute. Not to mention we and our kids had so much fun with the games! Foosball, air hockey, vintage arcade game, and a giant Connect Four - how cool! We were on our way to Sarasota Springs and were very happy to have found Shane’s place to hang our hats for the night before making the short trip down the next morning.

Perfect spot for our overnight stay for our family of 3. Was walking distance to the main shops and was glad to have off street parking. Place was well stocked with and had everything we could have needed. Would look to stay here again for a future visit!

The walk to restaurants and bars is under 10 minutes, and you pass beautiful homes and buildings along the way. If you choose to drive, parking is easy. Saratoga Springs has wonderful parks and good walking paths.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The location is very peaceful, and close to many restaurants and the city center. The hosts are very responsive, and provide clear instructions prior to check in. The home is clean, spacious, and nicely decorated. We will definitely come back when we go back to Saratoga!

This is our second time staying in this building. We preferred the first floor over the second only because I'm getting too old for stairs. Other than that, they're both amazing!

Kris’s place was adorable and clean. It would be so beautiful in the summer, but we enjoyed the hot tub spa and fire place. The kitchen had everything we needed, the bathrooms and bedrooms were clean. Beautiful views from the loft bedroom!

Had a change of plans at the last minute and couldn't make the trip. I sent a client and his wife instead and they loved the place. They haven't stopped raving about it since they arrived. Thanks!!

This is our third time at Nick & Lynn’s! There is plenty of space to spread out, cook, dine, watch tv together and enjoy the incredible view and serenity of Saratoga Lake. Yes, will return!
