Lovely Victorian style house with hight ceilings and classic fit out! well equipped kitchen which can produce a feast! A nice courtyard for delightful afternoon drink under the trees foliage. All bedrooms are on the upper level, it's great that it separated from the living and dining noise but the long flight of stairs may not be suitable for seniors or those with heavy luggage. Its spacious and at good value; the best part is managed by Miami Hotel which provides excellent service and luggage storage service for early arrival or late departure. I would definitely book this place again.

We loved our peaceful and relaxing stay at this place. Lovely views, wildlife aplenty and lots to do in the nearby Yarra Valley area. Peter was a great communicator and we would recommend to others.

Bright and cozy, with a fantastic location. Functional amenities and cool rooftop garden - this was a great place to stay in Melbourne. The kids enjoyed the local park and we enjoyed the local wine bar.

Very comfortable little home that was perfect for a 2 day stay for husband and I and 1 teenage son. Close to everything we needed. Love the area, and have spent so much time around there over the years, so I havr a lot to compate it to; and this stay was perfectly suited. I loved the french theme and the books were a great addition. There were DVDs and games also. Facilities were great for cooking and plenty of room. 2nd room was a little cramped, but ok for our son. WiFi was a bit hit and miss, but that may be the area. Parking was ok, but we had 2 cars, so had to park away from the property. No big deal, but in peak times this could be difficult. Nature strip parking in very narrow street. Overall we were very happy with the property and would stay again if we needed. Thanks, Jennifer.

Amazing spacious place! Very clean and tidy. Whatever you think of needed you will get it there. Hygiene is perfect, all facilities work well! Need to come again for my next time!

We felt instantly at home at Alison’s house. It was styled so beautiful and everything was neat, tidy and functional. My mum, Dad, partner & daughter all stay for my birthday/Easter long weekend and we couldn’t have been happier. We visited the local wine bar, cafes, local restaurants etc. It was also wonderful to be able to bring our little dog along for the stay too. It meant a lot to me he was able to join us for my birthday. Beds were all super comfortable, and we all commented on how well we slept. It was so lovely sitting out in the garden in the mornings having a coffees together and spending quality, memorable time together. I highly recommend this house if you want to spend some relaxing quality time with those you love, or just be in a home with great energy.

The house was great, walking distance to public transport and shops. The beds were very comfortable and everything was very clean. A great space to enjoy time together.

Caroline’s place was very clean and well-maintained. The environment was beautiful and peaceful, making for a relaxing stay. It’s also conveniently located not far from Burwood Shopping Centre. If I visit Melbourne again, I would definitely choose to stay here again！

Stella’s place was an absolute dream! Stayed here for 2 months with a couple of friends. Right off the bat we knew that Stella is a caring host who was always readily available to handle our concerns. The place feels like an actual home, with a nice neighbourhood and a beautiful park right in front. It is about a 4 minute walk from the tram that goes directly to the city, albeit the journey may take up to 40 minutes. So if you’re looking for a place a bit further from the city, this is the right place for you and your family. But the nearest grocery store is 4 stops away, so convenient enough to address our needs while we were there. A couple of cafes around that have lovely breakfast menus too. All and all we had a gorgeous time in melbourne thanks to Stella’s hospitality! Thanks again for having us :)

Igor and Skevi went above and beyond to ensure that our family was safe, warm, comfortable and welcome when we had to suddenly change locations. Their communication and commitment to their guests is absolutely faultless and we felt at home in their lovely house. The house has everything a family needs, we look forward to returning on our next holiday.

My stay at this AirB&B was truly great. The combination of the prime location, comfortable accommodation, and attentive host made for a memorable visit. Zuzana's lovely home was perfect for the three of us. It was lovely to stay in somewhere so homely and cosy, and had everything we needed. An easy walk for a tram straight to the city, and great local cafes and food options, this was the perfect place to stay.

Bo was very good at communicating. The place was very comfortable. Easy to get to, easy to get in and out of. Very low stress and hassle free. Great location with everything near by that you might need. Would recommend this place if you are in town and need a home base

Mei was very friendly and was in contact right from the time we reserved the Townhouse She had a very helpful booklet with information on transport where to eat WIFI password . She provide step by step instructions on where to park to get into the Townhouse which was very helpful as we arrived after 10 pm at night I would recommend Mei and her Townhouse. It suited our needs very well.

Paul’s beautiful space is in an excellent location near the tram line , a grocery store , lovely walk path in an up-and-coming neighborhood. We were able to comfortably fit eight adults and one child . He communicated well. And the neighbors are super friendly. Our granddaughter even played with a neighbor across the driveway. Melbourne is a special place!

This place is great, it's a cosy townhouse with plenty to food places within walking distance and only a 20 minute drive to the Melbourne CBD. It was very clean, with everything you need for your stay

We loved staying at Helen's. She is a great host, very responsive and helpful. The house is in a central location with walking distance to the beach and restaurants. lots of choices in cafes, restaurants and bars around. We had morning walks every day and enjoyed the very clean and well equipped house. it was a pleasant stay, definitely would recommend to others. Thank you!

Great little place with a big personality and plenty of room for 5 to fit comfortably. Close to fantastic cafes & restaurants, trams and (most importantly) Albert Park. Exactly what we were looking for!

Mathijs was very polite and responsive. The house was clean and modern. The beds were comfortable and clean. I would definitely recommend a stay here if you’re thinking of staying in the area.
