The cottage is small but very comfortable with a very comfortable hanging out area. There is no enclosed backyard so may be not stress free if you have very small children but for us it was perfect. It is cozy , has all you need. Julie was very responsive. The location is fabulous. Walk to the beach and the promenade where the stores and restaurants are. Off street parking. Only one thing I would improve is to get a wifi connection.

One of the nicest airbnb I’ve stayed at! I highly value spaciousness and a kitchen well stocked with kitchen appliances, as cooking healthy meals while on the go is a priority for me. Loved our stay, neighborhood was peaceful and quiet. Bed linens were high quality and the little touches made it feel homey.

Great place to stay. Location is fantastic and beautiful natural light throughout the house itself. Walking distance to many cafes and restaurants.

If you are looking for a place to stay and you care about the cleanliness of the place look no further I’m a little ocd and the place was perfect , kitchen was great, good backyard space for the kids , wifi good connection two bathrooms and two toilets it was honestly amazing!

We had a beautiful, relaxing weekend away at Andrew's place. Great location close to main street and beach. Easy access and very comfortable and has everything you need. We enjoyed staying here.

We had a great stay at Anne’s beach house. We stayed for 3 days over new years with our family of 5 plus a friend. The house functioned well for us all. Walking distance to the Queenscliff shops and beach food kiosk (which is yum!). It was great to be able to stay for a shorter stay over the busy period. I would highly recommend Anne’s place.

This was a work trip and we didn’t spend much time at the house other than to sleep. It had everything we needed and more and we had a great stay.

Had a great stay at Robyn's with the family. Exactly as described and located in a quiet yet elevated spot in Ocean Grove. We'll stocked and felt right at home. Ric’s house is a top class residence furnished to a very high standard. It is in a beautiful location beside a waterside walk. The house had been well cleaned and prepared for us and the attention to small details was exemplary. The back garden has a very well constructed deck and high quality garden furniture - just a great place to sit and relax a little. Ric is very responsive in terms of communication and does so on a very pleasant manner. Ocean Grove and Barwon Head are now my favourite places in Australia and it will be lovely to return one day. Thanks Ric, outstanding.

Our host was amazing, flexible and accommodating. The house was like home, small yet organised so you could find everything and not feel cramped up. The kitchen had enough space and appliances to prep food for lunch and dinner for a family of four, and we sat at the dining table for meals and board games. There are two nice outdoor areas to sit for a coffee and relax. Walking distance to the shops and the beach, which was great during the hot days when the car parks get full. Perfect summer get away if you don't mind a crowd at the beach.

i couldn't fault the place place i stayed at. i always try and book accommodation through regional escapes. always responsive if questions need answered.

We have rented many houses in Barwon Heads over the years and Grove Rd is one of our faves to date. Much larger than expected, but still very homely. And the location is next level. Easy to walk everywhere. Marisa, as always, was lovely to deal with. Highly recommend.

Very peaceful and relaxing stay at Anthony’s townhouse. Very quiet and had everything we needed for a weekend getaway. Within walking distance to all essentials and beach/walking tracks were easily accessible

Great stay. We thoroughly enjoyed our time in OG and James' place. It is ideally located to the river, coffee shops, walking tracks and the shops. Short driving distance to some great restaurants. Neighbours were friendly too. The only thing we didn't love were the beds, but we have found that to be common across air bnbs.

Michele's house is in an amazing location. Walk to the beach, supermarket, shops, cafes/restaurants. The house is spotlessly clean, light and beautiful as described, with every detail thought of. Michele is a generous and responsive host. My family had a lovely relaxing stay. Highly recommended! Note - while there are block out blinds in all the bedrooms, there's an internal window above the bedroom doorway with no blind so morning light does come into the bedroom.
