Our guesthouse has off street parking and is detached from the main house with your own space to stretch out. A quick drive to Rocky Mountain National Park, Fort Collins, Denver, and the mountains, this is a perfect central spot!

The apartment is a pleasant walk to restaurants, coffee shops, movie theatre and museum. The apartment has its own patio surrounded by fruit trees. This is a space efficient, stand-alone unit suitable for a maximum of two guests. One driveway parking space is provided. The owner has 2 dogs that will bark as you come and go from the apartment. The owner lives next door and is happy to help with activity planning and trip suggestions.
