Looking for a quick getaway to the Yarra Valley? Unwind and relax at Grasmere Cottage set on our 32 acre farm and just a short hop away from some of Victoria's finest wineries and wedding locations. Experience the joy of sharing the property with alpacas, cows, chickens and wildlife. Bookings for three nights or more will receive a complimentary cheese platter. We allow small dogs at the Cottage (under 10kg) but if your pooch is larger - you can always book our second property Grasmere Lodge.

Recently refurbished, and walking distance Healesville town centre, The Little Valley Shed, started life as a humble country garage, it has been thoughtfully reinvented as a cosy living space, perfect for a couples retreat or family getaway Nestled in a quiet residential area street, you'll find everything you need to to enjoy a peaceful sanctuary during your Yarra Valley escape The guesthouse is equipped with a large master bedroom, a spacious living area, with twin bunks perfect for kids.

Tuena Cottage

Tuena Cottage is a beautiful mud-brick home made with the dirt on which it stands. Situated on three acres of garden, this character filled home is ready to be enjoyed. Nestled amongst the rolling hills and only an 8 minute drive to the local watering hole 'Coldstream Brewery', this is the perfect place to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life and relax after a day of exploring all the Yarra Valley has to offer. For the winter traveller we offer an open fire place to keep you cosy.

Framed by heritage-listed Elm trees, The Mini, a single room studio & ensuite, invites you to wake up to unique views of Healesville's beauty including Mount St Leonard, horses, and abundant bird-life. Only 300m to Healesville's bustling Main Street, and 700m to Four Pillars Distillery, we welcome you to our unexpected slice of country paradise.

Yarra Valley Vineyard Cottage, premier location

Beautiful, bright and lovely cottage nestled within a stunning Yarra Valley vineyard and farm. Neighbouring wineries, such as Coldstream Hills, Yarra Yering, Medhurst and Oakridge, are two minutes away, and Healesville is an easy 8 minute drive. If you want a a relaxing getaway, you will love the interior space with its well-equipped kitchen and spacious dining area. Herb gardens edge the back deck, and the front verandah catches the afternoon sunset. The cottage is a gorgeous getaway.

Little House on the Hill

The Little House on the Hill at the eastern end of Warburton overlooks the chooks, the veggie patch, the orchard and across the valley to gorgeous 270° views. It is next door to the Big House, set on an acre that slopes down to the Yarra River. A great swimming spot on hot days and a good way to access the town and the rail trail (five minutes there, maybe ten minutes return - uphill). There are plenty of lovely walks nearby including the Aqueduct Trail that starts further up the hill.

Central Valley Haven with Sauna

Your very own cottage haven in the heart of the Yarra Valley, surrounded by farmland and abundant nature. Cosy-up in the evenings with the wood fire and rest and reset with your own private two-person sauna. There are country views, free range chickens and a very comfy king size bed. When we can, we love to provide homemade bread and eggs from the chooks. Located in the heart of the Yarra Valley, with Lilydale, Yarra Glen, Healesville and Warburton all 15-30 mins away by car.

Duck'n Hill Cottage (& EV charge station)

Built by eccentric artists in the 80's this quaint little mudbrick sits in the heart of the Yarra Valley surrounded by wineries, stunning gardens and views. Recently renovated for comfort with concrete flooring, new A/C, hot water system, renovated bathroom and numerous outdoor spaces. The kitchenette includes a coffee machine, kettle & facilities, air fryer, toaster, egg steamer, utensils, bar fridge & microwave. The perfect romantic getaway surrounded by nature.
