This is a fabulous large private one storey house with a gorgeous safe garden for our dogs. It’s amazing to be so central in Spello with charming streets, restaurants, bars and boutiques and yet still peaceful and quiet in this property with garden. Sitting outside in various seating options was lovely. Manuela was really helpful even carrying some of our luggage from the square to the house while we had the dogs! A lovely bottle of wine and snacks awaited. There were lots of basics provided which was very useful. All clean and authentic with everything you could think of. We wish we had stayed longer than 2 nights though! The walk up the steps to the car park is most definitely well worth it 🥰

Alex is an amazing host. She made us feel so welcome. The apartment was very Tuscan quaint and the location was wonderful for driving around Tuscany.

BOOK THIS PLACE! I have stayed at a ton of Airbnbs all over the world. This was one of my favorites. The views from all the windows can't be beat. The location is incredible! We had free parking only a few minutes walk away (up hill on the way there). The place was very large and had everything we needed. The host was very communicative and accommodating.

Villa Eden è una casetta veramente deliziosa, con anche giardino e possibilità di stare fuori a rilassarsi, ben organizzata e posizionata in un punto strategico per ammirare e visitare le bellezze dell Umbria, complimenti a Tiziana! E’ stato come essere a casa, speriamo di tornarci presto!

Wir wurden super herzlich von Lorenzos Mama Alba begrüsst. Die Wohnung übertraf sogar noch deren Bilder. Wirklich sehr sehr schön und so gemütlich. Hat alles was es braucht. Herrliche Lage und sensationelle Atmosphäre. Die zahlreichen Tipps von Lorenzo waren alle Goldwert und wir haben jeden Tag aufs neue die Toskanische Küche geniessen können. Die kleine Stadt Anghiari ist traumhaft, ein wirklich schöner Ort mitten in der Toskana. Alles hat wunderbar geklappt, von der Kommunikation mit Lorenzo bis zur " täglichen Betreuung" durch Alba. Wir werden ihre liebevolle Art und Weise vermissen. Danke nochmals all die Leckerein. Dieser Ort und Unterkunft ist absolut empfehlenswert und immer eine Reise wert, auch für Familien (eher Kleinkinder). glg Fam.Fehrmann

Agriturismo Fonte Sala is very well kept up and in a beautiful setting. The apartment is as advertised. Both Lorenzo and Geanina were very helpful. We did have an intermittent issue with wifi, but that was probably due to the heavy rain and wind, as we had some issues with internet access via cellular as well. We would stay here again.

Soggiorno impeccabile, casa sempre calda al punto giusto sia di giorno che di notte, Sara ci ha offerto qualcosa per fare colazione che è stato molto apprezzato, le notti splendide nel mezzo della bellezza dei boschi e il silenzio. Il prezzo per un appartamento così è veramente buono, e sinceramente non vediamo l’ora di tornare, é stato triste dover essercene già andati, anche il cane ormai si era innamorato del posto! Grazie della bellissima esperienza 💕

Maison très agréable à vivre, extrêmement calme, avec une vue superbe sur le lac Trasimène. Elle est située de manière excellente, puisque en 30 à 60 minutes de voiture on est aussi bien à Pérouse, Assise, Arezzo, Sienne et tant de belles autres villes. Et, pour qui préférera se promener à pied ou en vélo, le tour du lac fait presque 60 km ! Last but not least, Sergio est très sympathique, plein d'attentions mais tout à la fois très discret, et en homme de culture il vous donnera tous les renseignements que vous souhaiteriez. Pour une location au coeur de l'Ombrie et du sud toscan, ne cherchez pas ailleurs, c'est ici qu'il faut venir. Annette et Michel

Un borgo meraviglioso immerso nel verde ma con tutte le comodità per trascorrere giornate all'insegna del relax e della tranquillità. Il borgo è stato ristrutturato in modo perfetto, lasciando intatto lo stile delle strutture. Gli appartamenti sono attrezzati con tutto il necessario e appena si mette piede fuori da casa si gode dei colori e dei suoni della natura, con la possibilità di fare anche un bel tuffo in piscina. Molto buono anche il ristorante e piacevolissima la compagnia dei cinghiali che si affacciano di tanto in tanto per un saluto. Davvero una bella scoperta!

Abbiamo passato la settimana di Ferragosto in questa residenza da sogno nel mezzo dell'Umbria. L'host, molto gentile e reattiva, ci ha messo in contatto con la persona che gestisce la casa, Elisabetta, che ha saputo fornirci tutte le indicazioni richieste ed aiutarci in tutto. Abbiamo trovato la casa in ottime condizioni, è molto spaziosa ed accogliente, con diverse opzioni tra barbecue e cucine. La zone è molto affascinante, in quanto si trova tra le colline umbre e permette di visitare i fantastici paesini intorno (consigliato portarsi la macchina). Infine la piscina era pulita giornalmente da Valerio, che si prendeva cura anche delle piante nel giardino e si occupava di svuotare la spazzature (grazie mille ancora). Per concludere, soggiorno più che piacevole.

Wow, what a beautiful spot, secluded but centrally located so that it is an easy drive to so much of the umbira/tuscany area. Simona was so helpful, responsive, and generous and we felt right at home. Highly recommended!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Villa Lidia, and I can confidently say it was one of the best travel experiences I've ever had! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm hospitality and stunning views that took our breath away. The location is simply perfect—a peaceful retreat in the middle of an olive yard. The recommendations provided by our host were spot-on, guiding us to hidden gems that we would have missed otherwise. One of the highlights of our stay was the pool area, where we spent sun-soaked afternoons relaxing and enjoying the peaceful ambiance. It was the perfect way to unwind after a day of exploration. Overall, Villa Lidia exceeded all our expectations. Whether you’re looking for a romantic getaway or a family retreat, this is the place to be! Notre séjour à Gino's House à Gubbio a été un véritable enchantement ! L'accueil chaleureux de Daniela et Gino nous a fait sentir comme des amis de longue date. Le logement, niché dans la verdure, était impeccablement propre, confortable, et bien équipé. La piscine, véritable havre de paix, nous a permis de nous détendre après nos journées de visites. L'emplacement est idéal, proche du centre historique de Gubbio tout en étant au calme. Gino et Daniela nous ont donné d'excellents conseils pour découvrir la région, enrichissant ainsi notre séjour avec de magnifiques visites. Lors de nos deux semaines, nous avons particulièrement apprécié le cours de cuisine offert par nos hôtes, où nous avons appris à préparer des pâtes fraîches tout en partageant un moment convivial. Nous garderons un souvenir inoubliable de cette expérience et recommandons vivement cet endroit à tous les amoureux de l'Italie authentique. Si vous cherchez confort, authenticité et découverte, ne cherchez plus !

Η Στελλα ηταν πολυ ευγενικη απο την αρχη και απαντουσε αμεσως σε ολες μας τις ερωτησεις . Το σπιτι ειναι ακριβως οπως στις φωτογραφιες , καθαρο και με μεγαλη αυλη με πισινα . Ειναι λιγο μακρια απο σουπερμαρκετ κλπ γι αυτο φροντιστε να εχετε μαζι σας νερο σαμπουαν και οτι αλλο κρινετε απαραιτητο ειδικα αν φτασετε βραδυ. Ο χωρος ηταν εφοδιασμενος πληρως με μαγειρικα σκευη, λαδι, μπαχαρικα, καφε και ζαχαρη

We had a wonderful stay at Poggio Martino!! We did not struggle to find it on the map. Francesca was flexible with us and left instructions and a key so we could check in late. In the morning, she made me an espresso to drink while I completed the check in process! She was always kind and responsive. We loved the accommodation and could not get over how beautiful it was. We appreciated the high chair and portacot with warm baby duvet put in our room for our daughter. Our bed was so comfortable and we were pleased we could cook something in the kitchen. Having tupperware in the kitchen was very useful and appreciated, as well as all the necessities like seasoning and oil on the kitchen bench. Feeling lucky to have gotten the only two available nights here in quite a few weeks of it being booked out!

Andrea and Flavio were excellent hosts. The location is perfectly situated just outside the city gates. The parking on premises was very convenient and saved us a lot of money. The tub was perfect to give our little one a bath and the children’s park just a five-minute walk away was perfect to keep everyone happy as we would come and go in the city. I highly recommend this BNB to everyone, especially families.

A great place to stay when are in Arezzo. Property is all single owned and even has side yard &. some backyard...In the middle of the city! Sure, its a 10-12 min brisk walk into the heart of downtown. But that's what makes this place special & quiet. Hosts were very helpful in connecting one of our group to local wine tasting room who assisted us in setting up some self-drive tasting adventures. A another in our group asked for a few things which could not found in apt, and host responded in minutes. We can't really say anything bad the apt or host re our 7nht stay.

Piccolo appartamento in contesto meraviglioso, con vista sulle colline intorno ad Assisi e piscina che non abbiamo potuto utilizzare perché ancora freddo. Interni come da foto, bagno un po’ piccino ma completo di tutto e tutto nuovo compresi gli arredamenti della camera da letto e la cucina. Ottimo il riscaldamento autonomo visti i giorni di pioggia e umido. Roberta host presente e reattiva, ci ha consigliato ristoranti della zona e risolto un piccolo problema in pochissimo tempo. Lo consiglio per chi desidera un posto tranquillo fuori dal paese, e con i borghi umbri intorno ad Assisi a portata di mano! Ci tornerei sicuramente.

Très belle maison avec tout le nécessaire (même plus) à l’intérieur comme à l’extérieur. La maison est un peu éloignée des restaurants/activités disponibles dans la région mais cela vaut le coup d’y séjourner au vu du calme, de la belle vue depuis la terrasse et de la maison superbe

This villa is truly one of the best Airbnbs we’ve stayed in over the past 15 years! Everything exceeded our expectations. The location is perfect - easy to reach from Rome airport with a swift 90-minute drive - and the view is simply breathtaking. We were greeted with chocolates and the house itself is well equipped, with every amenity you could need. The fenced-in area added a sense of privacy and security, perfect for families/pets or just enjoying some peaceful outdoor time. The decor and layout of the villa made it feel both luxurious and homely. Floriana was an exceptional host, always responsive and ready to help with anything we needed. She offered fantastic local recommendations, including private cooking class/private chef. Her local insights and care truly enhanced our stay. We’re already planning our return and can’t recommend this villa enough! If you’re looking for a beautiful escape with stunning views and a top-notch experience, this is the place.

Meinolf è un host professionale ma allo stesso tempo alla mano e disponibile che ti mette subito a tuo agio. La casa è molto carina e ben curata e risponde perfettamente alla descrizione presente sul sito; si trova in una zona decentrata rispetto al centro storico di Perugia, immersa nel verde degli uliveti, ma allo stesso tempo facilmente raggiungibile in macchina e a piedi. Se si vuole staccare dal traffico cittadino e immergersi nella quiete dell'Umbria sei nel posto giusto. Grazie Meinolf per la tua accoglienza! a presto!

Raffaella war eine hervorragende und sehr nette Gastgeberin. Schönes romantisches altes Haus. Extrem ruhig und zurückgezogen. Herrlich entspannend. Riesiges Grundstück mit Wald Bächen und unendlich vielen Olivenbäumen. Ein Traum um zu entspannen und genießen. Toller Grill und Pizzaofen. Vielen lieben Dank
