Some amenities include a shower, bathroom sink, kitchenette, microwave, fridge, A/C and gas grill. Since this is a green houseboat, a porta-potty is located about 50 ft. from the boat and the private parking.

It is 10 minutes from the gorgeous white sands of Pensacola Beach or eating some of the Gulf Coast most delicious seafood.
