This condo is as advertised! It’s comfortable and clean. Great hot tub and pool. Proximity to lifts is as good as you can get without ski-in/out (which becomes MUCH more expensive).

We felt right at home! Very cozy and comfy. Pictures and descriptions were spot on. Cindy always answered my questions and went above and beyond to offer suggestions for things to do. Beds were so comfortable and never ran out of hot water for showers. 😊 Roku on the living room TV. Games in the closet. Extra linens in the closet and PLENTY of towels in the bathrooms. They really have thought of everything! Thank you! We saw a beautiful fox the first night.

The condo is a 5 minute walk from the base. It’s got great views. The furniture is due for an update in some cases but it was overall very comfortable.

Great location! Easy 5 minute walk to lift 7, convenient to Clark's market (3 minute walk), and convenient to old town Telluride. Unit was very clean & well stocked for the 4 of us (two couples) Appreciated the Ski Locker to store our skiis It's a 2 bedroom unit, 1 Master Suite with bath; 2nd bedroom is 2 twin beds, however, 2nd bathroom was upstairs which was fine during the day, a bit inconvenient at night, especially if you forget to keep the light on in the stairwell. But it worked fine for us. :) Appreciated the consistent updates and check in's, host was extremely responsive. Always wanted to be sure everything was going as it should be. Would definitely consider coming back.

The fam and I spent a wonderful spring break ski week here and loved it. Condo is beautiful and the perfect size for the three of us. Super clean and well-maintained. Ski lifts are less than 10 minutes walk and that includes a stop at the ski valet downstairs. Pool, hot tub and fitness center are all right there, too. Had a few questions for the host during our stay and answers came in minutes. We will definitely be booking this property again in the summer!

This condo was beautiful! Super close to snow mass& can take an easy free bus ride to the mountain & to downtown aspen. JD was an awesome host— so responsive and kind. An overall great spot in aspen/ snowmass!

What a wonderful and comfortable home. Plenty of space and very warm in the winter. Loved staying in an older home that the kids had plenty of space to spread out.

This is our third year staying at R Ranch and it was another amazing trip! We absolutely love staying here. Ruth is very responsive, friendly, and helpful. The house is fantastic! Awesome common space for a big group, plenty of room to spread out in bedrooms, fully stocked kitchen with a huge fridge/freezer, and a fenced in back yard for the pups! On top of all of that, truly breathtaking views in every direction. We will definitely be back again!

One consideration to keep in mind is that the nearest restaurants are about 20 minutes away. While this may not be a concern if you appreciate tranquility, those relying on services like DoorDash or Uber Eats might find it a bit challenging. However, if you enjoy cooking or are willing to drive for dining options, this location is truly perfect for your needs.

Decided last minute to stay a night in Paonia. Kales place popped up and it looked too good to be true based on the price, but we are very happy we booked it. Very clean house with a front porch where you get a great view of Paonia. Will definitely add this to our list of places to stay at again.

Beautiful house and location with an easy 15 minutes drive to downtown Breckenridge and skiing. House was clean and comfortable with great views, but definitely need 4WD to make it up the driveway in winter weather!

This place was absolutely amazing! There was plenty of room for everyone to have their own space with the rooms being separated between upstairs, main floor and basement. The home had all the amenities you could ask for. The deck, hot tub and sauna were amazing after a long day on the mountain! The living room and kitchen were spacious, along with a nice big dining room table. We even got to see the friendly fox late one night, he came right up on the deck and we watched him from through the window! I highly recommend staying in this slice of heaven if you ever get a chance!

We had a wonderful time! As soon as we got there, we felt like at home. Tom was always very responsive and accommodating. We loved our stay!

This is a great semi secluded private place. A herd of deer came by every morning and hung out in the yard. At night the stars were beautiful to see as we enjoyed the hot tub. This is a great place to stay while visiting Buena Vista and enjoying the town, mountain hikes, and the surrounding hot springs. We definitely would enjoy staying there again. Thanks Sheldon!

We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The space was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated. The bed was super comfortable, and I appreciated all the thoughtful touches like fresh towels, coffee, and local recommendations. The location was perfect—close to everything, but still peaceful and quiet at night. The host was incredibly friendly and responsive, making check-in and check-out a breeze. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Great proximity to the mountain! Great views to watch the next snow storm roll exciting everyone for the next day. Only thing to be aware of- while there are plenty of spots to sleep, please be aware there is room for 2 vehicles here. Overall a great experience and responsive hosts.

We had a wonderful stay in Leadville! This place was perfect for our family... cozy, comfortable, and so close to the main street fill with restaurants and shops.

This was an amazing spring break getaway for our family. Maybe our favorite family vacation so far. Everything, I would say, was even better than advertised. More beautiful views, cozy, comfy, well equipped kitchen, wonderful sheets, many nice touches! We would love to come back!
