Settle in after a day of skiing or hiking at our pet-friendly Grand Lodge studio! Featuring two king beds, a modern kitchenette, high-speed WiFi, and smart TV. Dive into the Grand Lodge’s on-site amenities: hot tub, pool, gym, and steam room. Unwind by the fireplace in the lobby. You’ll be perfectly situated in Mountaineer Square: steps from the lifts and adjacent to the free shuttle that gets you to Elk Ave in 10 minutes. We are dog-friendly with payment of a $130 pet fee. Newly renovated loft in a building that is on the National Register of Historic Places. Centrally located in the Gunnison Valley, the loft is in downtown Gunnison and is walking distance from shops, restaurants, grocery stores and WCU. In the summer, you can enjoy hiking, biking, ATV trails, fly fishing, rafting, horseback riding and golfing. Crested Butte is 30 minutes away and the wildflower capital of Colorado. In the winter, Crested Butte Ski resort and Monarch Mountain are 45 minutes away.

Cottage at NeedleRock

Stylish charm with lofted sleeping space up a ships ladder, boasts a new Queen Nectar Mattress. Up the ladder sleeping loft is only for the fit and adventurous. Must be comfortable on your knees because it’s a low headroom situation. There is a main level futon sofa sleeper too if need be. Lovely park like setting with outside firepit and charcoal Weber mini grill. Kitchenette is pretty well outfitted. Tiny Cottage has plenty of charm and comforts. Groovy wooden beads across bathroom door.

Explore the beauty of Crawford Country during the day, relax on the deck and watch the sunset (and on a good day, the alpenglow on the mountains) then the stars (Dark Skies region).

Backyard is fenced for children and/or dog(s) (dogs require permission). Private Gunnison River frontage is out the back gate. You can fish or relax & enjoy the view.
