Fantastic house in a brilliant location. Lovely walk down a shaded path to beach and Hastings St but also a few minutes walk to a superb parade of cafe/bar/restaurants and supermarket. So delighted we booked here rather than Sunshine. I visited, was ok ( if you’re young) but no comparison. The house is excellent, my 3 daughters had bottom floor to themselves, whilst our room, including en-suite on top floor, fabulous. Superb hosts, brilliant communication. Flexible and so accommodating. Couldn’t recommend enough! I so want to return.

We have been travelling through Australia for a month and this was far and away the best airbnb we have stayed in, not just in Australia, but overall. Noosa Holiday Homes were absolutely fantastic. When our previous rental was not what was expected they were able to accommodate us by moving our reservation us by 3 days at no extra fee. This place was amazing with views over the ocean and the private pool was an awesome touch. They were super responsive and the app they use for all the info was great. If you get the opportunity to rent this unit jump at it, you will not be disappointed.

Our family of five (4 adults + 5 yo) and our dog highly enjoyed this place! The house is super spacious, comfortable and the pool was a great plus. It was a bit dirty when we arrived but we called the real estate and they quickly sent someone to clean/set up the pool vacuum. The view from the deck is beautiful, such a nice space to chill and listen to the birds! House is just like the photos, the location was super close to Noosa, shops cafes and restaurants. They were also very accommodating with our requests. Wifi works well. The patio is super secured for dogs, and it has a separate enclosure for the pool area. Kitchen has everything you may need. Rooms downstairs didn’t have AC but we found that the ceiling fans were enough and we slept well. Some cobwebs and a few spiders here and there but it was overall clean. Overall I def recommend, we really enjoyed our stay!

Had a great 3 night stay. Ian was very welcoming and knowledgeable about Rainbow and surrounds. Was a great base to relax in-between hitting the beach and exploring the surrounding area. Would recommend and love to come back.

This property was exactly as pictured and offers great value for money. It's incredibly spacious, with two living areas, three bedrooms, and two full bathrooms, making it perfect for families or work groups. The location is excellent, just a few meters from the Noosa River, with easy access to local buses. You can easily walk to hasting street, or along gympie terrace to the nearby woolworths. The property was clean, well-maintained, and the host was both helpful and knowledgeable. The resort amenities like the pool, spa and tennis court were a nice bonus. Highly recommend for a comfortable family get away.

The resort is in a perfect location being a short stroll to the beautiful Noosa River. great family friendly accommodation with plenty of room in the unit and also in the resort with multiple pools, BBQs and green spaces.

We LOVED our stay at Tinkas! Honestly, it was without a doubt one of the best places we’ve stayed globally… pics do not do this place justice. Perfect for our family of four, plenty of room, super clean and tidy, great pool area, and super comfy beds. Was a great location too, only a few minutes walk to the beach and 5 mins drive to the main village (which is super cute!). Thanks Tinka and Svend for a wonderful holiday, we will def be back!

Great place. Close to everything. Beach, Shops (coffee 😊), Bus. Ben was easy to communicate with. Had a lovely 10 days and would definitely recommend and hope to come back again soon.

The unit was very clean and comfortable. Nice furnishings and great view. The host was very helpful and informative.

We had a fantastic stay at Margaret’s apartment. Communication was excellent from the beginning, and she was always quick to respond whenever we needed anything. The apartment itself was spotless, well-equipped, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was ideal — close enough to town for convenience, but far enough from the hustle and bustle of Hastings Street to feel relaxed. There were plenty of great cafes and restaurants nearby, and the ferry was just a short walk away, making it easy to get around. Would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

Great location - walking distance to beach, shops and great restaurants. Townhouse was beautifully presented and comfortable. Lots of little touches like milk in the fridge and lots of beach towels for guests to use. Host was a great communicator and very responsive. We would definitely stay here again.

Excellent 2 bedroom home for a family holiday. The pool is big and lovely design, our kids enjoyed it so much, nice views of the mount too. The house was comfortable and had everything we needed, kitchen well equipped. Very grateful there was a dryer as we encountered rain on the sunshine coast! Good location with 2 min walk to little plaza, groceries, coffee, Atm etc. can walk or bike further to beaches too. Thanks for everything.

Eileen is a great host and her townhouse is perfect for a stay in Noosa, super clean and tidy place. We really appreciated the booklets Eileen made and left in the Airbnb detailing things to do around the local area. Great host and great place to stay. Would recommend

We had the best stay at Melanie’s. The perfect Noosa pad… stroll to restaurants , the river, the ferry. Easy to access, pristine, modern and all the comfy extras. Plenty of towels, comfy beds, air con in every room, comfy couch, big TV, heated pool. We loved it so much I booked our next visit while we were there!

We have stayed at Ivory Palms before so we love this area. Janet's Airbnb was really lovely. The king bed was really comfortable and we loved that it had 2 bathrooms upstairs and a toilet downstairs. We loved that we could park right next to the house too.

We had a great stay at Yaroomba, Matt’s place is in a beautiful secluded area backing onto the golf course. Beautifully appointed inside and great walks and beaches just a short drive away
