Maria and George were excellent hosts. They stayed in communication with us from the very beginning of the booking. The Villa was very charming and felt very private. It definitely felt like it was off the beaten path. Our kids loved playing in the hot tub and pool, even though the pool was not heated. We were traveling to Turkey to see family and decided to stop in Greece for a few days. We weren’t exactly sure what to expect, but it appears that much of the little beach town closes down after the summer season. We thought there would be more restaurants & cafes within walking distance, but with George’s recommendations, we did find some nice restaurants & cafes in the nearby little town of Nea Kallikrateia. Maria & George welcomed us with a stocked refrigerator & they even offered to cook us a meal! There was a good pizza restaurant that was open in Nea Irakleia that we walked to. We drove to Thessaloniki one day & a stunning beach about 1 1/2 hours away called Kavourotrypes Beach.

Εξαιρετικοί οικοδεσπότες !! Ο χώρος πεντακάθαρος ,η τοποθεσία ιδανική για όσους θέλουν να αποφύγουν τον όχλο της πόλης και να έχουν εύκολη πρόσβαση σε στάθμευση. Οι οικοδεσπότες ευγενικοί , διακριτικοί και με κατανόηση . Ο χώρος που βρίσκεται η πισίνα ήταν για μένα το καλύτερο μέρος του σπιτιού . Το σπίτι σε κάνει να αισθάνεσαι άνεση και πολυτέλεια έχοντας ταυτόχρονα πλήρη ιδιοικότητα. Ιδανικό για παρέες που θέλουν να περάσουν όμορφα. Το προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα . Θα το ξανά προτιμήσουμε 😍

We had a 2-week stay at the Karen's cozy place. It was very close to the beach, in a private neighborhood that was safe, comfortable, clean, and well taken care of, had large free parking nearby, was fully renovated, and was equipped with all amenities needed, including a washing machine, dishwasher, hair dryer, coffee machine, toaster, frappe maker, refrigerator, vacuum cleaner, multiple A/Cs, TV, comfortable beds, towels, and even beach umbrellas and sun loungers. The host was very helpful with every question and was in touch with us whenever needed. So it is a perfect option for long and a short stay if you want to enjoy your rest perfectly. Amazing stay!! Dimitris was a wonderful host, he assisted us with all our questions and needs. His advises were very helpful. The villa was located perfectly near the sea, boulevard & restaurants. The villa was fully equipped, luxurious decorated and everything was very clean. The bed was very comfortable We had an amazing stay and recommend this gem to all travelers. And private parking facilities. Great value for your money

We enjoyed staying at Manos apartment. He is a great host and made sure we are taken care of. Everything is as described and showed in photos. Apartment is clean and comfy. Sea is just 50m away and stores, restaurants and other entertainment is within few minutes of walking. We will return for sure.

Great location! Perfect for 2 or 3 people, or even a solo travelled. The balcony space was nice to relax, and having in unit laundry was lovely!
