We arrive earlier than anticipated and Sarah kindly allowed us to access the apartment ahead of the specified time in the booking. This was greatly appreciated. The accommodation was exactly as described. The beds were comfortable (an important requirement for me) and the shower was fabulous. Small kitchen but really well designed and fully equipped. Excellent location in Chapel Allerton with shops and local restaurants in short walking distance. We would most definitely look to return when we next visit family in the area.

Lovely village though through traffic could be noisy. Double glazing on windows which were a great help. Co op near by and so was railway station to Leeds. Surrounding area s beautiful.

Great flat - clean, well decorated and close to city centre. Very well-equipped - it had everything we needed for a weekend away - and Hollie was extremely responsive and helpful, answering any queries we had straight away. Highly recommended!

Lovely stay at Martin and Carmen's flat! Had everything we needed for a 4 night stay with our dog. Comfortable, clean and a great location for buses into town or a lovely stroll into Headingley.

We both really enjoyed our four-night break. A good base for exploring the area. The apartment was very comfortable and Judith was the perfect host - very helpful and friendly.

Great little sport, close enough to really into town. They've fit a lot into the pace and it was a nice quiet road. 5 mins walk to the chippy, try the minted pea and potato fritters.

What a fab house this is. We stayed for 6 weeks and did not want to leave. Jo was always on hand if we needed anything but the house is so well set up that we rarely did. The location is fab on a quiet back street but a COOP, Indian and nice bar all within a few mins walk. The house is really well presented and has everything you’d need for a short or longer stay. The hot tub is a great addition and the garden feels really private. All the bedrooms are a great size and perfect for couples. I can’t rate this place highly enough! Full 5 stars from us!

We vacated our previous Airbnb staying only 2 of 5 nights as it was horrendous in terms of safety (police knocking on our door twice to ask if we had witnessed gang activity in the building). This was in Hunslet.

Fantastic place to stay for a big group. Loads of room, really comfortable bedrooms, spotless bathrooms and an ideal kitchen/living area. Great garden area on both sides so perfect for young kids. Loads of useful bits left for us in the kitchen and really good communication from the host. Also a great location - good coffee (Humbl) and good drinks (Bottle Chop) walkable in 10 minutes, Meanwood Park 15 minutes walk away, easy access to Meanwood Valley Trail. Would definitely book again!

We had a lovely stay at Fern Cottage. Location was an ideal base to visit the area and the house was spacious and clean with all amenities available. The welcome basket was a nice touch and the hot tub was ready to go on our arrival. Aftab was a responsive host and provided clear instructions on everything necessary. We were a family group with a dog, and there were great walks nearby and local pub right across the road. We would definitely recommend a stay here and if we plan to come back to the area, would look to stay again.

Had such a great time staying here! The place was super clean, comfy, and had everything I needed. The vibe was cozy and chill—exactly what I was hoping for. The host was super friendly and quick to respond if I had any questions. Location was super convenient too—close to everything but still nice and quiet. Would totally stay here again. Place was more spacious than expected, with a great kitchen and very spacious living room. Overall very happy with the stay!

Lovely, spacious flat overlooking a park, about 20 minutes walk from the city center. I stayed for a month and found the flat had every amenity you could need: hairdryer, oven, freezer, air fryer and washer-dryer. Bal was extremely responsive, helpful and patient, helping me figure out the appliances and door lock. I would highly recommend for short or long term stays for easy access to the city.

The apartment had everything we could possibly need. It was spotlessly clean and well set out. The large bed was very comfy. Bars and restaurants were only a short walk away. The apartment is close to the centre of town but the area is surprisingly peaceful. The welcome pack was a nice touch and was appreciated. We felt at home straight away Nothing was too much trouble for the hosts and Matthew did not hesitate to work with us to retrieve an item we had left behind. it was an amazing weekend and we will definitely return. John was so helpful our entire stay. Very friendly, happy to share some places to eat and walk. I am 7 months pregnant and asked of we could use their air con (even though it wasn't summer) and he promptly got it out and set up for us - made me so much more comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.
