The property was perfection in every way! The beds were super comfy, large living space, stunning artwork scatted throughout the house, peaceful surroundings and a wonderful hot tub to enjoy in the evenings. I also don't think I have ever been to an Airbnb that clean - it was spotless! We will be back soon! Thank you, Daniel.

We booked this stunning Daylesford house for our best friend’s 40th — and WOW, what a weekend! The vibes were immaculate, the house was beyond gorgeous, and we spent three days laughing, grazing, and sipping Prosecco like queens. Perfect for a girls’ getaway and milestone celebration!

We were a party of 4 on a girls trip. We had a wonderful stay with everything you would need available. The house was in an amazing position making it easy to walk around the lake each day and an easy walk to town. The balcony and spa were a great addition and we spent many happy hours out there. The house was very clean and well equipped. We easily parked our 3 cars in the entryway. The beds were comfortable and the house was very spacious. Thank you for having us in your beautiful home.

The whole property was beautiful and homey. Everything we needed for the weekend stay was there and the instructions to find the house was very helpful. We ordered the local picnic box and wine and cider from Daylesford Gourmet for when we arrived and it was absolutely beautiful with such a variety! On arrival, the house was well lit, soft music playing, picnic box on bench and in the fridge and the spa was warm running and ready for us to get straight in. Great variety of games for us to play on nights in and very comfortable furniture. We will definitely stay again and 100% will recommend to other visitors to the area. Additionally, a few personal items were left behind and Daylesford Country retreats were prompt with their responses and helped our party pick up the missing goods on the same day. Overall a great stay.

This was such a cool property in an isolated location but still very close to Hepburn springs. It was a very peaceful and relaxing place to stay with a big group that had everything you need.

We had a very relaxing stay at Sam’s The house is just another corner from the local shops which has great eateries and gift shops. Next time we will stay longer as there is so much to see and do in the area. Thanks so much for having us

Had such a lovely weekend getaway. Feels very private with such stunning views and heaps of wildlife. The hot tub is awesome and it’s only a short drive into town. Would definitely stay again!

This place was so lovely, perfect for a little friends get away! It was cosy and surrounded by beautiful nature!! It was so close to the main town aswell, we loved our stay so much!!

Beautiful stay. The stay is in a great location right on the lake so plenty of access to beautiful walking trails. Ben was very responsive and gave great recommendations for things to do.

House was clean and tidy, had a really nice warmth as soon as you walked in the front door. Amber was super easy to communicate with and allowed us to check in early upon request which was awesome, and we appreciated a lot! Spa was great to be in on a cold night with a full view of the stars in the sky. Our favourite part of the whole house had to be the couch in the living area, it was so comfortable we wanted to take it home with us. Really had a fantastic time, would come back again definitely.

Our stay at the Vicarage was absolute perfection. From the moment we arrived—lights on, music playing—we felt instantly relaxed. The home is a perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and charm and Dean is an incredibly thoughtful host. The fires were set, the hot tub was ready, and a generous selection of provisions welcomed us. There were no tedious rules, just an open invitation to unwind and enjoy. The gardens were gorgeous too with plenty of quiet spots to enjoy a book or a cuppa, and Sammy the cat made us feel right at home. Every detail was focused on comfort and ease. We (reluctantly!) left feeling refreshed and are already dreaming of coming back. Thanks Dean for an unforgettable stay, you have truly perfected the art of hosting. All the best, Cheers Rose & kids!
