Under the bay window you can sit and work at the generous antique table, or relax in a comfortable arm chair with a book from our own collection of old volumes.

During the devastating 1967 Tasmanian bushfires, she courageously stood with a hosepipe, drenching the house, gardens, and cattle sheds as flames roared around her.
