We loved our stay at Janet’s place. It was warm and inviting and has a beautiful view to enjoy from the deck area! Easy walking distance to nearby food and drinks and not too far into cbd. The place was clean and comfortable and we appreciated the little touches like the heating being turned on for our arrival and milk in the fridge so we could have a tea straight away.

Had an absolutely perfect stay at Stella’s. It was only a short walk to Hobart downtown/waterfront. We loved the exercise. The little cottage was so warm and comfortable. The garden area in the backyard was lovely. Stella was an amazing host and was always ready to help. We also loved the fact there were some basic groceries so we didn’t need to head straight to the shops. Bottle shop across the road was a bonus as well. Off street parking was also fantastic!

A great base in the perfect location to check out Hobart and Tasmania. The house is super comfortable and stocked with all the thoughtful extras a visitor might need. Thanks Freya!

To echo everyone else - this place is spectacular. Kerran and Sam have created a space that is truly special. So luxurious and welcoming. Every aspect has been so thoughtfully considered. It was a real treat to be a guest here. Gorgeous linens, generous provisions, luscious toiletries and the prettiest garden. I can’t wait to plan my next trip. Spent two nights at 20 Grosvenor Street and would very happily spend more. The cottage is tastefully done, cosy and has everything you will need. Very walkable to a host of places to eat and a stone's throw from Woolworths. If you are looking to stay in Sandy Bay this is ideal.

We loved our stay - as 2 great cafes close by (westside laundromat and pigeon hole) and lovely walking up and down hills to visit Hill Street Grocer for provisions. The stone barn was lovely. Away from tourists but still walkable to everything. Really appreciate the well stocked pantry Eve and Frank left for us - bread, butter, fresh strawberries, coffee, milk, jam, yoghurt, even a lovely muesli was all left for us. Made the stay so comfortable. The sunrise in the morning from the shower window is spectacular!

Probably the best air bnb we have stayed in! We had so many gorgeous snacks and treats left for us!! Felicity and Andre accomodated our vegetarian and vegan diets too! Beautiful apartment, lots to do and see! Cant wait to come back again in the future!

If I said I would put this place in my pool room, a few would understand, but the actual serenity was unbelievable. We arrived, slightly stressed, extremely tired on my part, to an oasis of calm. From my first night on the deck with a glass of bubbles, to my last with a cup of tea, I felt welcomed and at home. It was lovely. Wendy and Malcolm are wonderful hosts and it was a pleasure to meet them.

We loved the apartment! It was so cosy and homely. Deb was very friendly and welcoming. The location was perfect for exploring Hobart and the Huon Valley.

Awesome place to stay in Hobart. The location can't be beat. It's only a 15 our so minute walk to basically everything in downtown. Very comfortable and surprisingly spacious. The only issue we had was the wifi. If you need to do any sort of work while traveling this might be a struggle for you. At best the download speeds were around 20mbs and the uploads were around 1-3mbs. Getting to websites or even looking at photos would take 10 minutes. All told though, after traveling for months, Yvette's place felt like home. Which was sorely needed.

We had a great stay at Anja's Airbnb. It is a beautiful and well thought-out space that has absolutely everything you need. Modern but with lots of character. Conveniently located close enough to the city centre but far enough that you're away from the hustle bustle and in peace. The garden was also a nice space to be around. They are also fantastic hosts, very on top of everything and lovely to chat to. I loved staying here and would definitely come back. Highly recommend.

I stayed in Carmel's AirBnB for 3 weeks and it was great!! This apartment is really nice and comfortable with a lot of space and everything you need - small kitchen, washing machine, ... From the apartment one has an amazing view over the city and it is quite there. The location of the apartment is also nice as there is a bus station very close and a lot of things (Mount Nelson, Long Beach and the University of Tasmania) are within walking distance. Carmel is a great host - really helpful and nice and she always answers really fast if you have any questions! :-) I would definitely come again if I am again coming to Hobart!

We had a very peaceful and pleasant stay. The place is very private, perfect for relaxing and disconnecting. Everything was in order and met our expectations perfectly. We would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a cozy and quiet space to unwind.

Hilary and Chris have things well Sorted . The attention to detail is evident. A bountiful bowl of produce from the garden including fresh eggs on our arrival to crisp quality bed linens and vases of fresh cut flowers we felt like we were valued from the moment we arrived . The Barn is an incredible piece of old architecture steeped in history, beautifully styled and super cosy . We loved how central it was to visit all of Hobart’s hot spots and surrounds . The neighbourhood is interesting with good options for a morning coffee and a stroll down to the Rivulet. Would certainly love to stay again sometime.

What a beautiful part of the world and calming green space! Our stay began with a warm welcome from Barbara & Peter. The place was immaculately clean with everything we needed and the homemade bread was a yummy addition. So please we spent a few nights at 'A Room With a View', just wish it was longer. Was a great launching pad to explore Huon Valley. Thank you both for a wonderful stay xx

Bee’s guest suite is a real delight - comfortable and cosy with so many thoughtful touches and delicious cake on arrival. Situated right on a beautiful piece of the coast, there are lovely walks and spectacular beaches within a short drive and it’s only an hour from Hobart - what could be better?

The place was beautifully decorated and homey. Nicky provided a lovely loaf of sourdough, along with yogurt, fruit and muesli for breakfasts. She even asked our preferred milk option and when we ran out of our preferred tea, provided more very quickly. We especially liked the wood stove. Thank you, Nicky for a fantastic weekend!

Donna is a great host! The accommodation is superb, the views over the Derwent estuary just beautiful. Donna was available to chat to, and yet we had plenty of privacy. Highly recommended.

I had a wonderful stay at this place! The view is absolutely stunning, and the atmosphere is peaceful and relaxing. Mark is incredibly kind, friendly, and welcoming — he provided helpful information and great local recommendations. It truly felt like staying at a home. The accommodation was spotlessly clean, cozy, and very well-maintained. I would definitely love to come back again and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a warm and memorable stay.
