We chose Matthew’s spot partly due to the proximity to friends we were visiting, and as a convenient place from which to explore the wider area. The location was lovely and peaceful, with nice views of the lake. A nice quiet street, so you really felt much further away from things than you were, but with convenient access. Matthew was quick to respond to any queries. The house had convenient labels that made things easy to find, such as which kitchen cabinets held which items. Thanks Matthew!

We loved sitting on the patio and enjoying the views of the lake with the fire table. The apple tree was a plus with very delicious apples. From the primary bedroom there was a terrific view of the sunrise. Roberto was very responsive and helpful. Neighbor downstairs was very friendly and nice to chat with on the pier.

Easy to get to, clean house and rooms. Hot tub was a hit with the family.

The home was very comfortable and had everything we needed. Estes is beautiful and I love how close it was to everything, yet still felt private.

This was a lovely spacious home, laid out in a somewhat unusual way. There was an extensive sunroom that is a real highlight of that house, but it isn't really usable during the winter because it gets cold. There were three comfortable bedrooms and two nice bathrooms. The open layout kitchen, dining room, and living room were terrific. Plenty of TVs. The whole house was beautifully decorated for Christmas.

Great place for our weekend away in the mountains. Nice location, hot tub was great, and fireplace was cozy. Spacious and comfy, would stay there again!

Cyndi's Mountain Sunrise cabin was a wonderful home base for our girls trip. We made the space work for six individual adults by bringing an air mattress for the common space. The cabin's decor is lovely and the kitchen is well stocked. We really enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub after our hike in RMNP and saw a family of deer cross the property. The extra towels for the hot tub were great. The driveway would be steep in the winter and snow, but we were just fine in the fall. The neighborhood is quiet and the location is great for traveling into Estes and RMNP. I would definitely stay here again.

We loved staying in this cabin and hope to come back for another stay in the future! It felt set apart from the tourist attractions and yet close enough to walk to downtown or lake if you wanted to. This was the first time we took our little dog to an Airbnb and it worked out great with the fenced in yard. We even left a ball for the next dog! It was set up well and loved the decor. We enjoyed the hot tub and the views! We were grateful for this time away as a family!

Kevin’s place was a great place to stay for our family. It’s in a nice location and neighborhood— there’s a huge park that’s walkable from the house to take the kids to play and everything in town is a quick drive. We loved the hot tub and grill. The kitchen was well stocked. Very family friendly. Kevin and his wife were responsive and accommodating. Would stay here again!

Great place! We booked this place with 5 friends to go hiking at RMNP and it was perfect! Everyone was comfortable and enough space for everyone. The kitchen it’s small but still worked to prep sandwiches and breakfast for our trip. The only small thing it’s that the wifi is a little slow.

Great downtown location, easy walking to many great restaurants and shops. Being able to walk right downstairs to Starry night coffee shop in the morning was great!

We had a fantastic stay with family at Sharon's house in Fort Collins. The house was nicely located with short drives to Horsetooth Reservoir as well as downtown. The host was very responsive. The outdoor spaces were quiet and relaxing. The house had a high chair, pack n play, and toys for our toddler. Overall, I highly recommend this house.

Our stay at the Wild Dandelion was delightful. We were in Fort Collins for Thanksgiving and to meet our newborn grandson. Anne's place was located just 1.2 miles from my daughter's house and included a beautiful morning walk along the Spring Creek Trail! The airbnb was a peaceful retreat each evening when we were done playing with the baby's four-year-old brother. Comfy furniture, a restful bed, just enough of a kitchen, and a cozy electric fireplace in the living room. Anne was always responsive to questions and even gave us a few delectable treats. We will absolutely stay here again. Five stars! Thank you, Anne and Jim.

Great cabin. Great pool and hot tub and good layout for 8 people

The place is very nice inside and the little creek in front of it was charming. The resort had some of their amenities not available such as the gym, which they did not communicate to the owner in advance. Lorie, the owner was very helpful in trying to get us a later checkout to make up for it.

This place was perfect with great amenities and in a great location. Kivaan was very helpful and accommodating. I would recommend this place to anyone!

These cabins are about as close to Rocky Mountain park as can be, yet are still close to restaurants, coffee shops and Estes Park. The staff are friendly, and we definitely enjoyed the pool and hot tub after hiking. Highly recommended for a cosy cabin stay!

It was a nice place and close to Rocky Mountain National park where we took a tour. Beautiful area with a cute little town and beautiful weather with no humidity. Would recommend it if you are planning a trip to Colorado.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Sylvia’s place was very clean and had a well stocked kitchen. Her place is quiet, spacious and sits close to the river. Sylvia was very helpful and sent information about check-in far in advance and checked with us before our stay to see if we needed anything. We hope to stay again soon!

Very nice facility. We enjoyed the extra amenities. Pool, hot tub and game room. Our boys ages 10 and 7 enjoyed playing in the river. Checkin was a nightmare due to a very rude front desk employee by the name of Beach. Randi was responsive and did a great job at getting it taken care of.
