Great stay! Very clean place with lots of room. Hot tub was great and the short walk across the street to access the ski slope was easy for our family with 3 toddlers.

Great hosts, very responsive. Previous guest had taken the keycard needed for the pool and clubhouse, but the host called the HOA immediately to make get a new one made for us and make sure we could still have access in the meantime. Once it was ready, the host hand delivered it to our front door and left it for us. They were proactive in checking in with us to make sure there was nothing else we needed and communicated well throughout our stay. Nice to have not only access to a washer dryer but also be supplied with laundry supplies in case we needed to do a load. Kitchen was complete with all we needed to cook. Clubhouse has all supplies needed to participate in any activities (ex: floaties and toys for the pool, racquets and balls for tennis/pickleball/racketball, basketballs, etc). Would recommend and stay again!

Bighorn's Place is in a fantastic location about a 10 minute walk to town. The space was perfect for our two family ski trip. The kitchen is well appointed and large enough to accommodate lot's of cooks in the kitchen. We loved the porch hot tub after a long ski day. Beds were extremely comfortable. Important to know that the upper bunk bed is a smaller mattress. It's perfect for a child but not big enough for older teens. We will definitely look to stay again.

This unit was perfect for our girls' ski trip. It was great to have three bathrooms and lots of stocked items! There is a great view from the deck and we especially liked the hot tubs, steam room and sauna after a full day of skiing. It was so easy to get over to Copper Mountain and a quick trip back at the end of the day. It was also nice to be in a quiet area with plenty of parking! Frisco has many great restaurants and cute shops within walking distance! (I even found two geocaches when I was out and about.) Nicole was very responsive and the binder in the unit was very helpful. We would definitely stay here again!

This was our second year staying at Linda’s house in Granby. We love the house and the area. Another perfect stay. Highly recommended.

Wow! Our group of 6 adults, 2 small children, and 3 dogs had the BEST time. The house is right near the cute downtown area and about a mile from the Argo Mine. We spent time shopping and eating downtown, went on the mine tour, and drove up to Echo Lake for a hike. All awesome! The kitchen had so many great appliances and dishware which was amazing because we cooked a big dinner one of the nights and we grilled out on the back deck. Also well stocked with kid friendly dishes. The bedrooms were all very comfortable and the upstairs area we fit two pack n plays and 2 adults sleeping up there. We would definitely come back and would highly recommend for a family friendly weekend!

We loved the space. It is convenient to shopping and multiple ski resorts. The unit is clean and well appointed. Cory and D were great hosts and took good care of us during our stay.

We came for Bigfoot Days with our friends (4 adults and 4 kids) and had a wonderful stay. The location is unbeatable just up the hill from the festival and across from the open space with walking trails. The cabin was cozy, has great natural light, and the amenities were as advertised. This house is the perfect place for my girlfriends and I to gather for a restful and rejuvenating weekend. The open floor plan is perfect for relaxing with gorgeous views of the mountains. The kitchen has the right amount of counter space and storage for cooking our meals.

Dale’s place is great! Very convenient to the shuttle. House was also great, good layout, amenities, many beds, and very well stocked kitchen.

We had everything we needed for a quick spring break trip in the snow! This home has more room than I imagined and great set up for the varying ages of the boys. The town of Nederland offered some eclectic spots and the local mountain Eldora was perfect size for a great couple of days of skiing and snowboarding. Then home to cook in the large kitchen, a little sledding, and relax in the hot tub. We would definitely return!

Our stay was absolutely fantastic! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the breathtaking mountain views and well-appointed house. The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Whether we were relaxing in the hot tub, sitting by the fireplace, or skiing the nearby trails, every moment was perfect. Annelies's place was AMAZING! She has been one of the best hosts we have had and included everything you could ask for during your stay- even things we didn't think we needed until we were there! We had 8 family members staying for Christmas and there was plenty of room, blankets, seating, etc. for everyone to gather, eat and play games. It is just up the road from a grocery store so we were able to stock up and it was so close to town that we had our pick of great restaurants and things to do. It's only a few miles from Rocky Mountain National Park with it's beauty and fabulous hikes. Even in the winter! Annalies was communicative and helpful throughout our stay. There were so many helpful suggestions about the area and very clear directions about the house itself. We felt so welcomed and at home. Everyone agreed it was one of our favorite Christmas gatherings. Thank you Annalies!

Our stay at 110 South Sawmill in Craig and Jeff’s home was amazing! Their perfect directions took us right to their beautiful, cozy and very clean home. The views from every room are stunning. You will enjoy all of the space the home has to offer especially the well equipped kitchen with lots of extras(we love to cook), the kitchen nook(great conversation area), TV room and of course the hot tub that also had its own special spot! We wanted special family time, R & R(very comfy beds) and our getaway was exactly what we got in this lovely home and location, close to Evergreen for yummy dining but also eating in! Thank you to Craig and Jeff for their quick response times to answer questions, restaurant recommendations and a perfect home that had everything we needed and more! Lisa & Todd Sloan

We had an unexpected forced vacation due to Water damage in our home, our family had to move out while the floors were being redone. Heather and Chip’s North. Boulder location is walking distance to the foothills where you can hike, ride bikes, and walk to coffee shops and restaurants. The neighborhood is quiet, safe, and clean. Their home is spacious and loaded with high end amenities with plenty of indoor and outdoor space. It ended up being the best scenario for our family! We’re so glad it worked out and highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a North Boulder getaway!

We enjoyed our week here spending time with family and enjoying all the local amenities. The house was very clean and spacious. Holly was very responsive and ensured we had everything we needed to make our stay more comfortable. Our favorite part was the location of this house. It was in the heart of downtown and easy to walk to get breakfast in the morning or get a nice sweet treat at night. We will definitely have to stay here again in the future and recommend this place to anyone considering staying in Georgetown!

Great spot- super central to Breckenridge and Vail, and the town is so cute!
