Beautiful house, in front of the pool, feels like your at home. You have everything for your stay. Perfect for my guests.Very clean & spacious . We have some much fun.

Great house for our girls’ trip. The accommodations were nice, clean, and comfortable making for a relaxing stay. One of the highlights was its convenient proximity to the beach, shops and restaurants which made exploring the area easy and enjoyable. I would recommend this house. Looking forward to coming back.

We had such a great time celebrating our son’s 7th birthday during our recent beach getaway! The home was about 15 minutes from the beach, which made it easy to enjoy the ocean during the day, but what really made the trip special was the beautiful private pool. The space was clean, comfortable, and perfect for our family. Our son had the best birthday and is already asking when we can go back!

We loved the little “beach house” as my kids called it. The pool was awesome! We came in August and we really expected it to be like a bath tub but it was cool every day. The outside area has so much charm! Marietta was awesome during our stay. The mixer had gone missing and she had one delivered so I could make birthday cupcakes for my son. (Also the person that provides a mixer in their airbnb is legit ) We hope we can return again next year and use the “beach house”

The pool and the deck outside was a hit... we loved all the supplies we had..

This house has a great location with privacy and also still being close to the beach and all that Pensacola beach has to offer. Backyard was very nice to hangout and enjoy the sunshine and sit around the pool. All the decks are great to hangout out on and enjoy the weather. Would definitely go back in a heartbeat!

Ми орендували цей будинок для відпустки, 2 сімʼї з 2 маленькими дітками і це був вдалий вибір. Нам було достатньо місця та головне що діткам було цікаво в цьому будинку. Ми плавали в басейні, грали в настільні ігри, PAC-MAN особливо привертав увагу дітей😄 Також було дуже приємно проводити вечори у вогнища та смажити маршмелоу. В будинку є все необхідне для приготування їжі, а також багато речей для пляжу. Особливо приємним було спілкування з господарями. Вони порекомендували нам місця для відпочинку, а також дуже швидко допомогли вирішити нашу невеличку проблему. Окремо хочу сказати про джакузі, нам дуже сподобався цей досвід. Тепер вже навіть і не хочеться орендувати будинок, якщо його там немає😊

George was an awesome host!! One minor thing was broke, and I bought it to his attention he came in fixed it in 10 min or even less!!! His place was cozy, clean, and neat most definitely the perfect location less than 5-10 min drive to all the places we was going to for our vacation with the kids.

I only have amazing things to say about this stay. It might be my favorite place I’ve ever stayed-truly feels like a home away from home.

Cute, comfy and quaint! The place looked exactly like the photos. The heated pool was just a few steps away in the backyard, the beach was just right across the street and there were great restaurants in the area. Our host Jonathan was very accommodating. Everything we needed was provided, clean wash cloths and towels, cookware and utensils, even beach toys. The only complaint if I had to make one were the loud footsteps from the neighbors above us, other than that it was perfect for our mini vacation. We really enjoyed our stay and we’ll be back!

Dave’s place was perfect for our family of 5! We loved being able to make breakfast and head down to the beach. You cannot beat the location and convenience. We took advantage of the gym which is decent for a beach destination and pickleball courts. Dave was super responsive and flexible. We will definitely return. Destin is perfect family vacation spot! For those traveling by air - we flew into MOB and drove the 2 hours to Destin…easy peasy.

My family of 5 thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The apartment was thoroughly clean, beautifully furnished, and in a picturesque and private area. The beautiful beach was within walking distance and the pool was directly downstairs. We highly recommend Oana’s Destin getaway!

This place was a last minute choice after spending days looking for a place I stumbled across this amazing place. Maria was very quick to respond to any questions I had. She provided accurate information about the location and other things. Maria's place is wonderful. The view from the living room towards the lake/pond behind the property is awesome, especially on early foggy mornings. The location is perfect as we were only 5 min walk (across the street) from the beach. You can walk along the scenic 98 up and down the beach. We had breakfast at Whales Tail just across the street, the view was great, the food just so so. There are so many restaurants and things to do near the property. It's also a very secure area as it is located within a gated property with secure guards. We definitely have added this to our favorites list and hope to return again as soon as we can. Stayed here for my bachelorette party and it was perfect for everyone. The outdoor area was nice and big for our group. The host was extremely responsive. There is a $150 early check in fee if you want to do that. Would definitely recommend this place to others!

We stayed at the Miramar Beach Jewel for a bachelor/bachelorette getaway. There were 16 of us, and the house fit us very comfortably. The house was beautiful and very clean, the pool (which we had heated) was perfect, and the amenities in the house were great (stocked kitchen). The hosts were responsive and answered all our questions in a very timely manner. Highly recommend!

The place was very nice and clean. The hostess was very nice and responsive. The only thing I wish I would have paid more attention to was the heated pool. The temperatures were cooler than usual, so the heater wouldn't keep up. We paid to heat it but it was always too cold to swim.

Wonderful host, everything was described. Plenty of towels and wash rags in every bathroom and towels for the pool too was very convenient for my large group. We had an issue with the hot tub (at no fault to the hosts- the kids left the cover off over night causing it to cool all the way off) but when I reached out to them they had someone there so fast like within 20 mins or so. Would recommend them 1000%.

The AvantStay team was amazing. We had questions and requests and each time they did everything they could to accommodate our needs. They went above and beyond at times and made us feel like valued customers. The house was fantastic, we had a party of 10 and it was perfect. Everything about the house: the pool, the location, the hot tub, exceeded our expectations. We would definitely stay again and would use AvantStay as well.
