Our renovated house is the ideal place to enjoy Cretan hospitality. It is located 20 steps away from the peaceful beach of Agios Panteleimonas. Two short paths on either side of the house lead to nearby beaches. On the right side you can find the famous Vulisma beach with its crystal clear waters and golden sand and on the left a chill beach for relaxation and meditation. You can reach supermarkets, tavernas, cafes, or pool-bars within 5 minutes by foot. Agios Nikolaos is 10 minutes away by car.

Entering from the narrow lane into the tiny courtyard, you will be whisked away into a bygone age and perhaps get a taste of the essence of what the building stored many moons ago – an old stone wine press. Relaxing beach house!

This is a fully renovated 37 m2 apartment literally on the beach. -It is located in the very peaceful village of Tertsa (91km south of Iraklion and 25km west of Ierapetra), in front of which lies a quiet beach. -There are 3 taverns and a small grocery store. -The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. - The bedroom has one double bed and one bunk bed (not really recommended for adults) -Free Wi-Fi -A/C -CAR IS MANDATORY -We expect you to treat the house as it were yours :)

The Mediterranean Sea can almost be touched from our 80m2 balcony where you can enjoy the Cretan sun on the sunbeds or your meals under the pergola.

With pine trees around, citrus and olive orchards, it is ideal for a quiet stay-family travel. It is a summer house for my family- my parents live permanently at the ground floor.
