Das Haus ist wirklich schön eingerichtet und mit dem Garten und dem großen Grundstück war es wirklich eine sehr schöne Unterkunft. Der eigene Tennisplatz ist auch viel wert. Ich würde jedem empfehlen, der noch überlegt sich für diese Unterkunft zu entscheiden! Nik ist super nett und ebenso der Hausmeister Lirim ist auch echt nett! Total schöner Urlaub gewesen!

Stefanos Unterkunft war ein absolutes Highlight! Der Pool und der Whirlpool waren perfekt zum Entspannen, und die Lage könnte kaum besser sein. Die Wohnung war super sauber und sehr komfortabel, und Stefano war ein hervorragender Gastgeber. Meine Freunde und ich sind uns sicher dass Stefanos Unterkunft das beste Air BnB ist, in dem wir je waren! Sehr empfehlenswert!

During my recent stay in Italy, I was fortunate enough to experience a truly unforgettable getaway, highlighted by a magnificent private pool that made all the difference. Nestled in the heart of the Italian countryside, the accommodation offered a serene escape from the hustle and bustle of city life. Upon arrival, I was immediately struck by the beauty of the property. The villa itself was charming, with rustic stone walls and vibrant gardens that set the perfect backdrop for relaxation. The highlight, of course, was the pristine private pool, which was impeccably clean and well-maintained. It was a joy to have such a refreshing oasis all to myself, complete with comfortable loungers and a shaded area for those hot Italian afternoons. The location was ideal, allowing me to explore nearby quaint villages while also providing a tranquil retreat to unwind in the evenings. Location carina, immersa nelle colline riminesi. Casa molto spaziosa, perfetta per grandi gruppi. Camere da letto più che funzionali, cucina attrezzatissima con spazi e strumenti perfetti per chi ama cucinare. Ampio living tra parentesi di grande impatto. Godibile zona esterna con Dehors, e jacuzzi da utilizzare in periodo estivo. Host disponibili e cortesi. Smart tv e ampia selezione di giochi da tavolo apprezzatissima. Molto utile la dotazione di ingredienti base per cucinare.

Die Unterkunft war super ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Die Lage auf einer kleinen Anhöhe ist ein Traum, Sonnenuntergang inklusive. Martina ist eine sehr aufmerksame Gastgeberin!

Fabio ist ein toller Gastgeber. Wir haben uns in dem Haus richtig wohl gefühlt. Es ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Der Garten war toll und hat besonders den Kindern total gut gefallen. Der Pool ist ansprechend und super für eine Abkühlung an heißen Tagen. Im Garten wachsen Feigen Bäume mit super leckeren Früchten. Fabio hat uns begrüßt und verabschiedet und zwischendurch immer gefragt ob alles in Ordnung ist - ein wirklich toller Service. Sollten wir nochmal in die Region kommen ist Fabio sicher unsere erste Wahl.

Sehr schöne, ruhige Umgebung. Tolles Haus, mit dem Notwendigsten ausgestattet. Waschmaschine ist super. Ein gutes Restaurant ist in 15 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. In 15 Minuten mit dem Auto ist man im nächstgrößeren Ort mit Einkaufszentrum etc. sowie am Meer. Ohne Auto ist es jedoch schwierig Unternehmungen zu planen. Preis/Leistung ist top und die Gastgeberin sehr hilfsbereit und nett.

Donata et son mari nous ont accueilli chaleureusement, Donata est très disponible et explique tout ce que l’on peut faire à proximité (parcs, aquarium, monuments) le paysage est magnifique, l’environnement est extrêmement calme, très bel endroit où se ressourcer en famille, plein de jeux de société pour les enfants de tout âge et plein de livres, aussi les jeux extérieurs cabane et toboggan parfait pour les enfants, la piscine est extra (eau salée, chaude et à niveaux) avec le panorama sur Sogliano el Rubicone, logement fonctionnel extrêmement propre avec tout le nécessaire, les salles de bains sont parfaites et bien équipées avec des produits écologiques, nous avons passé un super séjour, merci à Donata et son mari pour l’accueil et leur gentillesse nous recommandons ce b&b parfait pour une famille

Accueil exceptionnel, équipe au petit soin, très chaleureuse et à l’écoute.Accès direct à la plage privée depuis la résidence,appartement conforme à la description, propre avec balcon et vue sur mer depuis quasiment tous les appartements.Je recommande, un très bon rapport qualité prix pour un séjour en famille

Peaceful but close to everything’

Excellent logement. Dans un quartier privé et calme. Parking privé pour une voiture mais nombreuses places de parking aux alentours. Facilité d'accès à la mer à pied et proche du centre et des restaurants. Michelangelo est une personne très amicale et réactive. Ca a été un plaisir de communiquer avec lui. Si je devais trouver un petit défaut je dirai qu'il manquait un peu d'équipement dans la cuisine tel que des produits de 1ère nécessité (poivre, huile, ...) et un peu de vaisselle pour 6 personnes (tasses, verres à vin). Pour le reste rien à redire. A recommander

Luogo perfetto per rigenerarsi e host di un’accoglienza incredibile. Ci torneremo sicuramente per provare anche l’esperienza dell’home restaurant. Ancora complimenti per la ristrutturazione e per la disponibilità di tutta la famiglia

L'endroit est magnifique, la maison est parfaite, très bien située et très bien équipée. Le séjour se passe dans une ambiance très paisible, à proximité de merveilleuses petites villes à visiter et de beaux sites naturels. Giulia, qui parle très bien français, nous accueille avec chaleur et est pleine de gentilles attentions tout au long du séjour (les oeufs du poulailler et les légumes du jardin sont délicieux!). Son salarié qui travaille sur la ferme est lui aussi très cordial. Un séjour à la Valle Nuova, c'est de délicieuse vacances assurées, dans un climat très amical. Nous recommandons.

One of the best Airbnb we have been to so far. Everything new, spotlessly clean, modern but also decorated with a lot of charm and „gusto“ / taste !!! You can see how much of affection they put in there. Coming to the hosts: a great couple who welcomed us so warmly and sympathetic! I often had very nice and interesting chats with Monia and Fabio was also always available and asked how we were doing, if we needed something etc. The view is stunning, it’s quiet to relax and work (WiFi works also on the terrace) and it’s a fantastic & strategic location to visit all important spots of Emilia Romagna. Such a peaceful location, you can fully relax here, it is like your home away from home. with comfortable bed, and living area we were able to spread out and relax for the first time in days. we did not feel the need to go out and simply enjoyed a bottle of wine. while we had ours with us, we noticed the host had several to purchase in unit. would not change anything about this place it was perfect.
