We loved our stay in the cottage! It was so calm and peaceful. Peter had thought of everything and there was so many lovely little touches that just made it for us. We couldn’t recommend this place enough for a romantic retreat away!

The surroundings were lovely and a large enclosed garden was great for the dog and our 3 children. we had many a happy night in the hot tub. Lots of things for the kids to play with. We drove to all the local beaches would say most things are within an hour's drive and would recommend watermouth castle as a day out if you have kids!

Nigel and Perry were fantastic hosts. On the day of check in, bad weather had caused a flood which damaged the hot tub motor. They warned us ahead of time and gave us the option to reschedule our stay or carry on. We’re so pleased that we picked the latter. They not only fixed the motor in time for our stay, but also left a bottle of Prosecco for us to enjoy. The interior was beautifully designed, offering a charming modern vibe. It came well equipped with everything you would need in a home away from home. During our stay, we visited the wonderful Clovelly to see the gardens and waterfall. We can’t wait to come back for another great occasion!

We had a lovely stay. It was exactly as it looks in the pictures. Good amenities and a beautful setting to relax after a day of exploring and surfing. Great location, walkable to the village and beach. Anne Marie was friendly and helpful with recommendations in the area. Would recommend to others.

We had a lovely stay at the Honeysuckle cottage.Helen and Jonathan went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. It was a lovely cottage with all the amenities you could ask for . Walking in to find homemade scones and jam, fresh eggs and freshly baked bread was a treat!! The cottage is in a great location and we found it quiet and peaceful.The hot tub was private and clean. Having a private garden made it easy to manage our dog as well. We have stayed in multiple air bnbs before, this one was special and we will definitely come back! This was our 2nd time staying at Helen’s place and we loved it just as much as the first time. Last time we stayed as a group (4 adults 2 toddlers) and this time just us (2 adults, 1 toddler and 1 dog) and each time it perfectly met our needs. The house is perfect, a home away from home and in the most beautiful setting. Its location makes it perfect for exploring the local area and beyond! Thank you Helen for another great stay.

Sue & Crispin have created a wonderful and welcoming place. The cottage is charming and quirky, with the cosiness you want from a country escape but with all the modern amenities you could wish for. the garden is stunning and never ending with woods, huts and ponds to discover. very thoughtful hosts with an attention to detail and very happy to assist with whatever is needed. thank you for such a lovely stay.

We stayed for two nights on our honeymoon and it was perfect! The location is so peaceful and the hot tub is as a nice addition. We also used the spa, the plunge pool was an experience and the steam room was lovely too. The land is stunning and we went on a lovely walk with our dog. Kaye and her husband were lovely and gave us some local recommendations. Would definitely recommend!

Absolutely wonderful! Both the communication beforehand and during our stay was excellent—friendly, swift, and incredibly helpful. The accommodation itself is unbelievably charming and cosy, nestled right in the heart of a picturesque little village. It’s only a few minutes' drive from Bude and the sea! Owl barn was absolutely amazing beautifully decorated all appliances and furnishings you’ll ever need the views from the rear were stunning with the fields and free roaming ponies and sheep right outside the back door. The games room kept our 2 teenager girls occupied which was great for us! Alex was the perfect host couldn’t do enough for us was always on hand if we needed anything. Even took out 2 girls out in the morning with her to attend to the animals which they loved. If I could more than 5 stars I would!! Highly recommend this cottage and host

Having booked holiday accommodation around the world for decades, we can honestly report that Fish Cottage rates amongst the very best. Blissfully peaceful, extremely well equipped, stacked with books and, served with good broadband, set in a fabulously planted garden and - glory of glories - no TV. Who could conceivably wish for more?

What a gem of a place. Tranquil, lovely views from the bedroom, cosy cottage with a relaxing modern feel to it. Thankful that Chris/Freya could accommodate at the last minute, as we booked the night before quite late. We had a lovely surprise when we arrived, to find out a few lambs were resting in the small barn next to our garden patio with their mamas before they could be released into the field. It was such a highlight seeing the lambs jump around and stretch their legs as we sipped our coffees in the morning. Great location, approx 40min drive to Heddon Valley (we did a 24km run/hike from Heddon to Combe Martin, with a stop and looped back), and it's a 12min drive to Withypool if you want to do a big circular loop approx 12km to the Tarr Steps and back. You will have suggestions of places to visit in the welcome pack and a mal on the wall. The cottage comes with all the kitchen appliances you need. We also got to purchase some fresh eggs too, tasty! A perfect short weekend stay :)

Great stay in Braunton. The cottage had all the home comforts and own parking space which was incredibly helpful. The location was fantastic for exploring Braunton and the North Devon coast. Nicola was very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. Would definitely stay again.

We had such a lovely few days stay at the cottage. It was a great place to have lazy rainy mornings and cosy nights next to the fire. Everything about this place is wonderful. From the size of the rooms, the decor and the location. You feel very at home and its great to explore the lovely beaches and villages. We will definitely stay again. Alex is a great host. We had a wonderful stay at Bramble Cottage! From the moment we arrived, we were struck by how immaculate and well-kept the cottage was, making it feel instantly welcoming. The setting was incredibly peaceful, tucked away in a tranquil countryside location that provided the perfect opportunity to unwind and escape every day life. A heartfelt thank you to Sarah, who made our experience even more memorable by inviting our son to help with the animals, it was definitely one of his highlights of the trip. If you're looking for a clean and peaceful getaway with the added joy of farm life, Bramble Cottage is the place to be. Highly recommended!

It was honestly the best get away me and my husband had, sally was so friendly, always responded almost instantly and it was so clean, I was trying to figure out the stove so I messaged sally and she came right over and shown us how to use it, she was amazing and was easy to speak too! A lovely quiet place to stay. Lilac cottage is charming and clean, with very comfortable beds. The private garden to the cottage is a nice feature. The shared swimming pool was beautifully warm. The location of Court Farm suited us very well - a rural feel but a relatively short drive to Bude town centre and its beaches, or to Widemouth Bay coastline. We didn't go in but the pub opposite Court Farm was lively on the Friday night of our arrival (live music). It was, however, very quiet throughout the rest of our 5 night stay. Excellent communication all the way through from Court Farm Holidays!

We had a fantastic 10 days at the cottage, it’s a great place for a base for beaches and things to do in the local area. The cottage was spotless and a lovely little welcome package was a nice touch that we didn’t expect. Rooms were spacious and lovely views of the countryside from the garden. Plus great extra facilities in the bbq and surf boards that we was able to use too. If you are looking for a place to stay I couldn’t recommend this anymore and will hopefully be visiting again in the future.

Kirsten was quick to respond, very helpful and accommodating throughout our stay. The property was extremely well organized and located in a lovely, peaceful area. Highly recommend this place.

Had a wonderful stay. Nicola is a wonderful, warm and friendly host and was incredibly thourghful and helpful. The cottage is just stunning - in terms of facilities, location and design. Felt as home as soon as walked through the door. Nicola really has thought of everything you could need. Thank you both so much for a wonderful stay.

By far the nicest place we have stayed at. such a beautiful cottage with every necessity available. Spacious, clean, very dog friendly :-) We loved every minute of our stay and would 100% return again.

Lovely setting for myself, my wife and our 14 month old. The cottage was lovely, bright and spacious with a well equipped kitchen, tv, 2 comfortable sofas and they even provided a cot and highchair for the little one. Beautiful grounds, with chickens, goats, geese, and even a pig! The animal feeding times are a must! Food truck arrives on a Tuesday and Friday (if I remember correctly) and the guy who runs it (Danny) is lovely and serving up delicious food. Only a short drive to Kilk which has a few pubs, takeaways and a co op and a little further into Bude with a lot more to offer. Tintagel is around 40 mins away which is a must see. We will 100% be returning.
