As a pet friendly property you can even bring your dog to enjoy a slice of the rural lifestyle. Just 5 minutes drive to the supermarket and 10 minutes to central Warrnambool we have the best of both worlds.

Duck-in

The space is a simple attic/loft, set in a large garden with great views of the wetland and the ocean. We are a few minutes walk from Killarney beach which is a very safe swimming spot and Port Fairy is 10 minutes down the road. There is heaps of birdlife and when you are in the loft it feels a bit like a tree house. It has a compact bathroom and basic kitchenette with sink, microwave, kettle and bar fridge but no stove. Access is via an external spiral staircase.

The studio is a private apartment, semi attached to our home, Heathbrae, in peaceful gardens set on over 2 acres.
