Η εμπειρία μας στη βίλα ΙΧΩΡ, ήταν πολύ ευχάριστη. Η τοποθεσία είναι ιδανική, καθώς βρίσκεται σε ένα ήσυχο μέρος ανάμεσα στη θάλασσα και τον Όλυμπο προσφέροντας την τέλεια ισορροπία μεταξύ χαλάρωσης και πρόσβασης σε διάφορες δραστηριότητες. Στην γύρω περιοχή υπάρχουν πολλές επιλογές για διασκέδαση, όπως παραλίες, εστιατόρια, καταστήματα και μονοπάτια πεζοπορίας. Το σπίτι είναι εξοπλισμένο με όλες τις ανέσεις.Τα δωμάτια είναι ευρύχωρα, διακοσμημένα με γούστο και φροντίδα, ενώ οι κοινόχρηστοι χώροι, όπως η κουζίνα και το σαλόνι, είναι πλήρως εξοπλισμένοι . Ο εξωτερικός χώρος, είναι εξίσου εντυπωσιακός, με έναν περιποιημένο κήπο ,λίμνη με ψάρια και πισίνα που προσφέρουν στιγμές απόλυτης χαλάρωσης. Καθώς και ένας εξοπλισμένος παιδότοπος ιδανικός για τα παιδιά Η φιλοξενία του Θάνου έκανε τη διαμονή μας ακόμα πιο ευχάριστη και άνετη αφού απαντούσε άμεσα σε κάθε μας ερώτηση και μας έδωσε πολλές προτάσεις για την περιοχή. Συνολικά, η βίλα προσφέρει μια εμπειρία διαμονής.

We had a wonderful vacation in this apartment, which impressed us with its exceptional surroundings and well-kept yard. The apartment itself is large, spacious, and clean, which contributed to the positive energy we felt upon arrival. Like in any house, there are small things that could be fixed, but none of them were bothersome. I recommend having a car, as there are so many natural beauties and attractions within a 10 km radius that you simply have to see. The yard is absolutely amazing and offers the perfect place to relax. Bicycles are also available, which is a great bonus for exploring the area. We especially appreciated the owners’ advice about closing the doors, and after a few days, we realized that thanks to this, we didn’t have any issues with mosquitoes or other little creatures in the apartment. Overall, it was a really beautiful vacation, and we recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a peaceful retreat. Thank you Fyllia

This is a magical place to stay - peaceful and very beautiful and relaxing. The house is very charming and we loved it. Karin and the team are very responsive and kind. The place is perfect for families with kids. There is a little restaurant where you can have a snack, salad or coffee. In the bistro there is also a place where the small kids can play with toys right next to the sea. Really a great place for families. We will come back again for sure! 😊

Πολύ ωραίο σπίτι και πολύ καλή οικοδέσποινα η Χρυσάνθη! Ήταν πολύ ευέλικτη στο check in/out που μας βοήθησε πάρα πολύ! Το σπίτι είναι πολύ άνετο παρόλο που ήμασταν 4 ενήλικες 3 παιδιά και ένα σκυλί.Μεγαλος και καθαρός κήπος για τα παιδιά και το σκυλί.Η τοποθεσία εξαιρετική για αποδράσεις ορεινές ή παραθαλάσσιες.Το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα!

Καταπληκτικο σπιτι σχεδοβ στο κεντρο του χωριου! Πεντακαθαρο, το προτεινω για παρεες που θελουν να νοικιασουν ολοκληρο χωρο.

Μιχάλης is a friendly and wonderful host. He met us at the door and gave us a tour and clear instructions about the apartment. The apartment is so clean and the view of the mountain is spectacular! There are many cafes and restaurants, and a nice park too, within walking distance. We will definitely stay here again.

Περάσαμε τέλεια ζεστό σπίτι καθαρή με τά πάντα μέσα.τα παιδιά χάρηκαν πολύ παίξανε στην αυλή πολύ φιλικό περιβάλλον. Ο κύριος Ηλίας πολύ πολύ καλώς μας εξυπηρετούσε για τα πάντα. ζεστό τζάκι βάλαμε καί τή ψησταριά όλα τέλεια θά τό προτιμούσα για όλους θά περάσουν τέλεια. Και βεβαίως 5 αστέρια αξίζει

Giannis was a lovely host. He met us at check-in and showed us around the house. He was friendly and welcoming, sharing clear instructions. He sent us recommendations for restaurants and informed us where to buy our groceries. Giannis also replied to my queries quickly and sorted things immediately. The house is comfortable and cosy with all the amenities we needed. There's open plan living downstairs, but with distinct sections between the kitchen, dining table and lounge. The rooms are clean and fresh. The kitchen has good appliances, plus we did laundry in the washing machine in the upstairs bathroom. The TV has a Smart Hub, so we could watch Amazon Prime. The floors are all tiled, so guests may want to bring slippers for the cold or flipflops for summer to walk indoors. The water and heating worked well. It was easy to find, with plenty of parking. The area is quiet and the house is setback from the road, so no car noise. We enjoyed our stay and plan to book here again.

Merci à nos hôtes pour ce logement. Tout était très propre et très bien équipé. Notre hôte a été réactif et répondait à toutes nos questions. L’appartement est bien placé, nous sommes à 10min à pied du cœur du village, au pied du mont olympe et à 10min de la plage. Je vous recommande ce logement, nous étions en famille à 4, cela était très bien.

The apartment is perfect. On the front balcony you can see the sea, in the back the mountains. We were there with two small children. There is everything you need. The owners are an older couple who welcomed us very warmly. The children even got freshly cooked strawberry jam and were allowed to swing in the garden. Manolis picked us up from the bus stop and gave us many useful tips for Litochoro.

Very nice and clean appartment on a quiet location in the beautyfull town of Litóchoro. The appartment was fully equiped. Sissy was very friendly. We had a nice stay!

ev anlatıldığı gibi, eşyalar yeni ve tertemizdi. biz çok beğendik. en ince ayrıntısına kadar düşünülmüş şampuan, kulak çöpü, peçete hepsi fazlasıyla mevcuttu. dolapta su bile vardı. önerilen her yerden aşırı memnun kaldık. her şey için çok çook teşekkür ederiz. özellikle de dost canlısı ve sıcakkanlı insanlar. tekrar geleceğiz görüşmek üzere 🥰

We have communicated with Anna for many months and everything was as described on her page. The rooms are spacious and having the lift to the 4th floor was also a bonus. The beach is as you can see and the local Sea Taxi( to Thessaloniki) can be seen within walking distance (from the balcony )and is only 5 Euros each way to the port or the White Tower. The bus routes are easily accessed and the 72 and 76 buses give easy access to Nea Michanoiona(72) and to Angelochori (76), both are port areas with the first vibrant with great cafes overlooking the harbour and the second a bit of a ghost town, with the bus on the hour from the terminus making it worth a visit where you can see what the economic pressures have had on a pretty little village and inland lake, the only place we could get a drink or indeed see anyone was in the lovely Taverna between the lake and bus stop just below the church, George was a wonderful waiter. Peraia is about an hour stroll along the front and it’s clear to see that this becomes more Touristy as you near the end towards Peraia, a word of caution- don’t try to get across to view the airport as the salt marshes and inlets become quite dangerous and from my experience the safe walking finishes at Peraia. A safe walk is to Angelochori which takes about 2 hours, walk left along the beach and up the hillside and about 100 metres on the right you will see a road between bungalows, the local people are friendly and will signpost you if required. I would advise using Poseidon (Sea Taxi) to Thessaloniki and use Anna’s helpful guide, all easy to find. I cannot add anything about Anna and the accommodation which hasn’t already had a mention.its worth knowing Anna’s sister Persa is very helpful too and for larger families to utilise has similar but smaller ground floor accommodation within the same block. Thank you once again Anna for a wonderful experience. One last thing, the area of Agia Triada has some very friendly dogs with collars and if you take some treats with you they will enjoy your holiday too. Hope to see you soon. Nice apartment in Litochoro. The hosts were helpful, we had a cancelled flight so arrived very late at night and they helped guide us into the apartment.

This place was incredible with an amazing view! It was a bit hard to find and the spiral staircase was hard to navigate with suitcases but it was worth it! The town was adorable and had great restaurants. Plus it was a breathtaking 30 min drive to Mount Olympus.

Πολύ ωραίο σπίτι, καθαρό και τακτοποιημένο. Κοντά στο κέντρο του Λιτοχώρου με το αμάξι στα 3 λεπτά με τα πόδια κανένα τέταρτο, όμορφη και ήσυχη γειτονιά. Το προτείνω έχει ωραία μέρη για περπάτημα στους πρόποδες του Ολύμπου, το φαράγγι του Ενιππέα είναι εύκολα προσβάσιμη και με παιδιά.

This was a great place to spend a weekend! There was plenty of space for six, all the amenities we needed, and beautiful views of the sea and the mountains. Nikolaos was a great host. He was very responsive, flexible, and proactive. Checking in and out was a breeze. There were also several very friendly neighborhood cats that would come to greet us every day, making the stay perfect!

Το σπίτι ήταν όμορφο, καθαρό και ζεστό. Το μέρος ήσυχο και με θέα μιας και το σπίτι βρίσκεται στην άκρη του χωριού. Η κουζίνα πλήρως εξοπλισμένη και με μεγάλη τραπεζαρία.Το τζάκι καίει καλά και δεν καπνίζει. Είμαστε παρέα 8 άτομα και το σπίτι ήταν πολύ άνετο. Τα 3 υπνοδωμάτια είναι στον κάτω όροφο και έχει ησυχία αν ξυπνήσει κάποιος πρωί και θέλει να κάτσει στο σαλόνι ή την κουζίνα. Η ιδιοκτήτρια είναι πολύ φιλική και απαντούσε άμεσα σε ολα τα μηνύματα. Τέλος μας περίμενε στο σπίτι ευχάριστη έκπληξη κατά την άφιξη!

Ιδανικό κατάλυμα για διακοπές με φίλους. Ο ορισμός της ηρεμίας και της ιδιωτικότητας. Μείναμε στο σπιτι τρία ζευγάρια και πέρασαμε αξέχαστα!! Η Ειρήνη απο την πρώτη στιγμή ηταν εκει για εμάς σε οτι χρειαστήκαμε. Το σπιτι ηταν πεντακάθαρο με μεγάλα κρεβάτια και πλήρως εξοπλισμένο σε ολα τα επίπεδα. Δεν υπήρχε κάτι που να μας έλειπε. Είχε φροντίσει για τα πάντα κ με το παραπάνω. Ευχάριστη έκπληξη για όλους μας η απίστευτη θέα στη θάλασσα που σου κόβει την ανάσα. Δε θέλαμε να φύγουμε !! Το προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα!! Ευχαριστούμε πολύ για όλα! Σίγουρα θα το επισκεφτούμε ξανά στο μέλλον!!

The place is absolutely gorgeous and spacious. The host provided everything we needed and was always available. We definitely recommend it!

Ημασταν 2 οικογενειες με 3 μικρά παιδια.Το σπίτι διέθετε όλες τις ανέσεις που χρειάζονται και γονείς και παιδιά. Η κουζινα ηταν πληρως εξοπλισμενη με ολα τα απαραιτητα, άνετα δωμάτια, 3 μπάνια, μεγάλο σαλόνι, ενα υπέροχο μπάρμπεκιου. Το σπιτι ήταν ιδανικό για παιδιά με άπλα για παιχνίδια σε ασφαλείς χώρους. Επίσης είναι οι μικρές λεπτομέρειες που κάνουν το σπίτι τρομερό. Οι οικοδεσπότες υπέροχοι, το συνιστούμε ανεπιφύλακτα

Nestor je pozorný hostitel, milý. Ubytování bylo nádherné, úžasný výhled, klid. Užili jsme si báječnou dovolenou, rádi se někdy vrátíme

Η κυρία Ήρα μας έκανε να νιώσουμε αμέσως σαν το σπίτι μας. Μας υποδέχτηκε με χαμόγελο και προθυμία να μας βοηθήσει σε οτιδήποτε χρειαζόμασταν. Το σπίτι ήταν πανέμορφο και ακριβώς όπως το βρήκαμε στην περιγραφή. Η παραμονή μας στους Γεωργιανούς ξεπέρασε τις προσδοκίες μας, κυρίως λόγο της καταπληκτικής οικοδέσποινας. Το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα σε παρέες και οικογένειες που θέλουν να περάσουν μαγευτικά λίγες μέρες μακριά από την πόλη.

The Moskoff estate is a rare gem, authentic, has breathtaking views, sunrise from the Aegean Sea, many great beaches to choose from. The hosting agency was extremely responsive and helpful. The whole stay was like we were guests at our rich relatives’ villa. The house architecture and many memorabila give it a very personal touch. Moskoff was a writer, journalist, cultural atache. There was a book of poetry translated in English which opened another door for me into their family history. The waters were very warm, clean and calm. All restaurants in the area offer high quality Greek specialties. My favorites were Gallaria and Platanos taverna. We took a drive to the monasteries up the Mt. Olympus, and next time I hope we have time for a hike, the forrests looked mesmerizing. Overall, it was a great experience, I hope we can stay at Villa Amina again!!
