This is a beautiful apartment. Spacious, elegant and beautifully equipped. A delicious cake awaited our arrival, baked by Stefania’s mother. The street is quiet and feels very safe. All the main sites are within easy walking distance. Would strongly recommend.

Carolina & Cristina’s place was beautifully decorated , had the comfiest beds and great linen. Each room area had its own privacy and very well decorated. We loved our stay in Bologna , walking to all the beautiful historical sites and eating at the local restaurants. Very conveniently located. They Even provide an area /tools for a stay-in meal. House is fully equipped and stylish.

Wir waren zum 2. Mal in Cristinas traumhaft schönem Loft. Sensationell: das Interieur - kreativ und inspirierend, der Garten - magisch! Der Pool - gigantisch wie ein Freibad. Und immer top sauber! Danke Guiseppe! Der Ausblick? Wow! Die Lage: idyllisch - come in and calm down. Top! Super Restaurants und das altertümliche süße Städtchen Brisighella in weniger als 10 Minuten Fahrzeit erreichbar. Und drumherum? Tolle Landschaften, wunderschöne Städte, 1a Essen und super Locations. La dolce Vita. Und so viel Herz, Leidenschaft, Freude und Freundlichkeit - die Menschen der Emilia Romagna sind einfach wunderbar. Wir kommen immer wieder in diese wunderbare Region. Und natürlich zu Cristina. Sie ist nicht nur ein toller Gastgeber, sondern ein ganz besonderer Mensch. Ebenso wie ihr Pa und die gute Gartenseele: Guiseppe. Bleibt gesund und erhaltet euch diese Oase auf dem Hügel. Grazie mille per tutto. Und bis zum nächsten Mal. Wir freuen uns schon darauf.

The house was amazing, perfect fit for our group of 10 people. The main house as well as the additional apartment were very clean, well equipped with everything you need and the highlight was the pool and jacuzzi. Great place to calm down and have private space with some friends or a big family. The check-in was easy and the lady was very friendly, had some suggestions for our stay and is professional. The property was clean, cute tuscany decorations of the rooms and all in all it felt like home.

We had a very joyful stay, host was friendly from the moment we arrived till the moment we left. Loved all the animals and the beautiful scenery. Breakfast was very tasty and fresh. Communication was very easy and we felt right at home.

Appartamento bellissimo in centro a Ravenna con una terrazza meravigliosa per la colazione e la cena. Casa comodissima con tutto ciò che serve. Valore aggiunto e’ la piccola gastronoma nella corte, gestita da Sara e Cristiano, ottima per uno spuntino o per acquistare prodotti tipici emiliani. Siamo stati benissimo anche grazie all’ospitalità e consigli di Cristiano e Sara! Super consigliato!

We picked this place to spend our Christmas and new year weeks with my 3 teenagers. Aleasandra and Tom made us feel like home. The place is beautiful, super comfortable (5 of us and had enough space to be very comfortable) and the surroundings are just breathtaking. The photos don’t make justice to the place, you feel in the middle of a movie or fairy tale. Alessandra and Tom were always always responsive, anticipating our needs and making the stay unforgettable. I would definitely return, and recommend anyone reading this to not hesitate and book this place. The bedrooms are big and comfortable, the bathrooms and the kitchen fully equipped with brand new appliances and more than enough to cook a grand feast! One of a kind and a jewel no doubt!

Nous avons séjourné chez Ilaria et Nicola pendant un weekend. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié leur logement et l'environnement dans lequel se trouve. La maison c'est une ancienne bâtisse restaurée avec goût (gardant le style typique du "Mugello") et très bien entretenue, l'intérieur comme l'extérieur. La partie Spa est très agréable, parfaite pour de relaxer après un long voyage. Dommage ne pas y avoir un accès complétement autonome (le seul petit bémol). Nous remercions Ilaria et Nicola pour leur gentillesse et disponibilité et nous recommandons vivement ce très joli gîte.

Antonella was a very accommodating and helpful host who made our stay very comfortable. The apartment itself is in a good location, and it is very well equipped and decorated. Highly recommended for anyone looking to visit Emilia-Romagna!

Excellent stay! Andrea is a wonderful host. Comfortable and well appointed house in a beautiful setting. Very clean and spotless. Location is in the hills outside Bologna and a car is necessary to get around.

Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig, sauber und super ausgestattet. Die Gegend war sehr schön und die Tiere super lieb. das Anwesen ist sehr ruhig gelegen und sehr schön. Wir waren mit unserem Hund dort, dieser hat sich sehr wohl gefühlt und die anderen Hunde im Haus waren sehr zurückhaltend. Die Gastgeber sind sehr nette Menschen, wir kommen wieder und bleiben dann etwas länger.

We enjoyed our stay at Francesca’s. Great location and quiet neighborhood. We felt comfortable in the space and would definitely recommend to others.

Diego was extremely friendly, very welcoming, and responsive to every message I sent. He recommended a fantastic restaurant — the food was absolutely delicious. Without a doubt, if I return to Bologna, I will choose Diego’s apartment again.

Smaller apartment in an old building but renovated and modern, had all the amenities, as described, great location right at the end of center, walkable to all the places and close to the bus stops.

4 giorni di vera pace, trovare libero quest appartamento e' stata una vera fortuna, i proprietari gentilissimi e sempre disponibili ,nella casa c era tutto cio che serve a disposizione ,pulizia impeccabile ,posizione ottima anche per spostarsi a piedi. da rifare altre 1000 volte.grazie!

Wir verbrachten zu zweit 4 Nächte in dieser schönen Unterkunft! Leider hat das Wetter nicht mitgespielt, so dass wir den unglaublich schönen und großen Pool nicht wirklich nutzen konnten. Das Grundstück ist wunderschön, der Blick ins Tal fantastisch! Die Kommunikation lief einwandfrei. Im Ort gibt es viele tolle Restaurants. Wir sind aufgrund des Regens mit dem Auto in den Ort gefahren, ansonsten wären wir die 30 Minuten sicherlich auch zu Fuß gegangen. wir können die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt empfehlen und würden jederzeit wieder hier übernachten! L’environnement et la vue sont superbes, les extérieurs sont magnifiquement entretenus, l’endroit est parfaitement calme avec une vue et des paysage à couper le souffle. L’appartement est très confortable dans un style ancien rustique, de très haute qualité avec des meubles et des décorations de grande classe. Les lits sont très confortables. Nous avons été très bien accueillis et la communication était facile. Pour accéder à ce superbe endroit, il vous faudra parcourir les deux derniers kilomètres, en cinq à six minutes, sur des routes étroites qui montent et qui nécessitent de la prudence. La maison est sur trois niveaux avec la cuisine au rez de chaussée et une belle terrasse privative au 1er étage qui bénéficie d’une vue superbe sur les monts toscans et sur la piscine en contrebas. La maison est très spacieuse.

Staying here was one of the highlights of our trip to Italy. It was a lovely villa tucked away in the hills. Each night we were so happy to return back to it after a day of site-seeing. Emanuela is one of the loveliest people we met while visiting Italy. So incredibly gracious and welcoming to us. She truly takes pride in making her guests feel at home in her amazing estate. We all felt right at home there and we would highly recommend it to others traveling to that area. We hope to one day return and stay with her again.

Actually the place does NOT look like the pictures. It is much, much prettier and more impressive than the photos! The home had everything that we needed and was a very comfortable place to stay. It is private and quiet. Even though the weather in December is cool, there were great places to walk around the villa. It was very fortunate we were able to attend Mass at the church in the village on Christmas Eve since it is rarely celebrated there now. The drive up to the villa is challenging, so be aware. It was not a problem, but if you are older or uncomfortable on narrow winding road, it is something to consider. Also, with the cool weather, please note that heating gas is an extra charge. That is only fair as people have different standards for inside temperature and I understand propane is expensive in rural Italy. Cris was amazing -- always friendly and responsive. I wish I was likely to return, but there is a whole world to see. Highly recommended to my family and friends.

Sara was extremely helpful. Due to circumstances we had to book the house last minute in order to stay just for the night and we also arrived late. Even so she was there to greet us and give us all the info we needed. She had even baked a delicious cake for us! The house is perfect, clean, with everything you may need. We certainly recommend it.

Vittorio and Rosa Maria were the perfect hosts and couldn’t do enough for us. Vittorio provided great recommendations for restaurants and places to visit including a winery and cheese making factory. Also we had a fantastic meal cooked by Rosa Maria. It is a good base to visit other cities such as Modena and Parma (and others) by road or by train. The house was spacious, well equipped and felt like more like a family home with books, comfortable sofas a lovely sitting room and bedrooms. We very much enjoyed our stay and had a great holiday. La casa di Matilde è in un contesto tranquillo, tipico delle colline toscane tra gli ulivi, ma anche vicino al centro storico di Pistoia, posizione comoda per visitare la città e i suoi dintorni. La casa è fornita di tutto l'occorrente per trascorrere piacevolmente la vacanza!

Abbiamo trascorso qualche giorno con mia moglie e il cane nella struttura di Riccardo e l'esperienza è stata eccezionale . Spazi ampi , appartamento attrezzato perfettamente , giardino personale , ambiente amichevole ,.....come essere a casa . Anche Yuma ha apprezzato moltissimo :) ed è un posto in cui torneremmo volentieri . Grazie ancora a Riccardo e alla sua famiglia per tutto
