Lucrezia is a great person and she welcomed us at the entrance. We had a pleasant and peaceful stay. The only thing I would highlight is to be careful of any consumables as most of the stuffs expired many years ago and she still kept it, I don’t know for what reasons.

The house is easy to find and is very quiet in a relaxed atmosphere. The surroundings are spectacular in the middle of nature. Even so, one can easily reach the town and the shopping areas. Piero was very welcoming and discrete and gave us very good points about Bologna and the surroundings. We are taking into account coming back.

Ci siamo trovati benissimo nella Casina nel Cerchio, perfetta per tre persone. Per il clima invernale freddo non abbiamo approfittato di due spazi esterni che rendono la casina molto più spaziosa: il terrazzino e un salottino all'aperto delizioso e molto curato negli arredi. La casa è tutta arredata con gusto. Silvia è stata accogliente, generosa e super disponibile, ci ha persino accolto con degli assaggi tipici che abbiamo molto apprezzato. Ravenna è uno scrigno di arte preziosa e la casa è vicina a tutto, anche al mare (una decina di minuti in auto). Ci piacerebbe moltissimo tornare da Silvia in una stagione più mite per goderci anche gli spazi esterni.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille chez Lisa. La maison est superbe et très bien équipée. Nous avons été très bien accueilli par Loretta. Nous avons apprécié le calme et la beauté des environs. Nous étions en voiture et nous avons facilement pu rejoindre Florence, Sienne ou encore Lucques. Nous recommandons ce logement !

The property exceeded our expectations . A clean and quiet apartment with a fantastic terrace area to sit outside. The location was perfect for us as it is only a 10 to 15 minute walk from the centre of town. There are a number of great local cafes on the walk to the centre and truly amazing architecture on the way. Roberta was always responsive with any enquiries we had and check in went very smoothly. I would definitely stay here again if I come back to Bologna!

Abbiamo soggiornato tre giorni nell' alloggio di Caterina: tutto perfetto, alloggio curato in ogni dettaglio, pulito, a dieci minuti a piedi dalla Piazza principale e in un quartiere ricco di ristoranti, supermercati e bar. Caterina, gentilissima, ci ha fatto trovare tutto l occorrente per nostro figlio, anche molti giochi. Non da meno il parcheggio privato è davvero un plus, ci torneremo sicuramente!

Appartement très bien situé pour accéder rapidement à la gare et au centre ville, confortable, très calme, extrêmement propre et parfaitement équipé. Franca nous a très cordialement accueillis et a pris le temps de nous donner des conseils ( restaurants, commerces, visites). Merci pour tout.

Abbiamo trascorso 3 giorni davvero piacevoli in questo appartamento, perfetto per una vacanza con una bimba piccola. L’alloggio era pulitissimo, accogliente e situato in una posizione comodissima: vicinissimo al lungomare per le passeggiate, ma anche il centro si raggiunge facilmente a piedi. Il parcheggio e il garage sono stati super comodi: si può parcheggiare all’arrivo e dimenticarsi dell’auto, perché tutto è a portata di mano : ristoranti, negozi, servizi. Un grazie speciale a Gabriele, preciso, gentile e sempre disponibile a rispondere a ogni mia domanda. Consigliatissimo, e sicuramente un posto in cui tornerei volentieri.

From the beginning of our stay to the very end Anthony has been a wonderful host! He recommended us great places and he was responsive to our questions. The place looked like the photos. It was clean and had all the things in the description. It's the best place for the price and it's close to many locations so that you can walk easily. Appartamento situato in quartiere residenziale tranquillo, mare e centro raggiungibili con una pedalata di circa 10 min grazie alle biciclette fornite dall’host (su richiesta anche seggiolini per bimbi di diverse misure); abbiamo anche raggiunto l’Aquafan in bicicletta. Pulizia e presenza di tutti i servizi necessari, cucina accessoriata per preparare pasti quotidianamente. Climatizzazione di zona giorno e notte utilissima nei periodi di grande caldo. Viaggiando con una bambina piccola abituata a dormire da sola è stato perfetto il fatto che zona giorno e zona notte fossero ben divise per poterci permettere di mettere a dormire la bambina e poi vivere la serata in tranquillità senza disturbarla. Ottima la disponibilità della lavatrice, con anche il detersivo volendo. Da portare prodotti per il bagno. Maurizio è un host molto disponibile e affabile che dà consigli anche sulle attività da poter fare in città e sulle caratteristiche di mare e spiagge. Ci saremmo fermati ancora!

Tolle Wohnung ganz nah dem Zentrum in einem netten kleinen Viertel, Restaurants und Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Sauber und große Räume, super Empfehlungen der Hosts. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen! Grazie mille.

Unser Aufenthalt im Apartment von Luca war traumhaft schön! Die Wohnung war super ausgestattet, geräumig und sauber. Sie entspricht zu 100% den Beschreibungen und liegt sehr ruhig! Innerhalb von 2 Minuten ist man am Strand und an Einkaufsläden, Restaurants, etc. Die Kommunikation mit Luca hat durchweg sehr gut funktioniert. Selbst abends ist er auf unsere Anliegen eingegangen und hat uns zu jeder Zeit weitergeholfen. Luca ist ein sehr guter Gastgeber, der es sehr wohl zu verstehen weiß, seinen Gästen wunderschöne Urlaubstage zu bereiten. Er ist freundlich, geduldig und super sympathisch. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit und kommen sehr gerne wieder! Vielen Dank!

une personne très gentille et à l'écoute, elle parle très bien français et nous a trés bien conseillé pour trouver un restaurant. Elle a offert à notre fille une petite poule et des chocolats car c'était le weekend de Pâques, une charmante attention et avait préparé un panier pour notre chien.Bref nous avons été très bien accueillis.Quant au logement, il est très spacieux, bien aménagé, il y a absolument tout ce qu'il faut, il ne manque rien. L'environnement est très calme et il y a de belles balades à faire. Je recommande chaudement !

Luke ed io siamo stati benissimo. Abbiamo trovato tutto quello di cui avevamo bisogno per stare comodi e tranquilli. Francesco e Pamy sono stati molto disponibili e gentili, subito pronti a rispondere ad ogni richiesta. Consigliatissimo per chi viaggia in compagnia di animali.

Everyone comments on the noise of the train. We hardly noticed it. The windows are sound proof when closed. Great black out curtains too in the bedroom. Had a lovely stay. Great coffee shop nearby and found some exceptional restaurants. Great recommendations by host. Loved it So nice to have olive oil, milk, balsamic and some staples in the house - thank you! Nice bedding too! Would we stay again? In a heartbeat. The cycling was fantastic and we for fit lugging our bikes up the 2 flights of stairs ha ha.

Matteo's place is very clean and functional. We stayed for only one night and found everything satisfactory. The location is superb, right in downtown, close to restaurants and the beach.
