Come and enjoy a rural retreat in our newly converted barn with unrivalled views over Exmoor and a cosy chic interior. Situated privately within a working farm, relax on the spacious patio, secluded garden or in the luxury hot tub. Each bedroom has a spacious ensuite with stand alone bath and walk-in shower. Underfloor heating and a cosy wood-burner. There is an EV charger at the barn. Beaches and moorland all within a half hour drive. Being within a working farm, sadly we cannot allow dogs.

This 200 year old barn has been lovingly renovated to create a modern, open plan apartment that provides spacious accommodation for two. Its whitewashed stone walls and bare timbers retain the charm of the original building and two full length windows open onto a private patio and garden and flood the apartment with sunlight. Furnished with a mixture of the modern and the vintage, the walls are hung with original artworks and these elements combine to create a unique and beautiful retreat.

The beautiful rural village of Weare Giffard meanders along the banks of the river Torridge. The accommodation can be found nestled in the garden of the old village school with lovely views of the river and woods beyond. Our self contained studio is situated in the vibrant village of Braunton, a 15 minute walk from the centre and a 5 minute drive to Saunton Sands. An ideal getaway from the stresses of city living. The area is renowned for its beaches, Saunton, Croyde & Woolacombe. The Studio backs onto a lane leading to walks along footpaths and country lanes. Ideally situated for walking, cycling, surfing etc. Or just sit, chill & enjoy the south facing deck.

Amber Cottage is a beautiful two-bedroomed, dog-friendly cottage in the heart of Appledore with its own secure, terraced private garden. This spacious cottage is full of character and is perfect for couples or a family (comprising two adults, two children and one baby). A few steps from the Quay it is ideally located to take advantage of this historic fishing village and the surrounding North Devon coast and countryside.
