Built in 2018, this modern home with fully equipped kitchen provides all your creature comforts. Surrounded by nature, our off-grid tiny house allows you to experience sustainable living while also enjoying pure luxury. The house has a full kitchen, indoor fireplace, big screen TV, instant hot water, flushing toilet, a bath on the wrap-around deck and a huge outdoor entertaining area. The property looks out to the ranges and is also home to an array of wildlife.

River frontage of 300 meters in 40 acres of rolling farmland overlooking the beautiful Jamieson River Valley and mountains beyond. Wide wraparound verandas with stunning views for all weather outdoor dining, a fire pit and BBQ. Inside, heated floors and fireplace for winter comfort, air conditioning for summer. 3 spacious bedrooms (main ensuite), King size beds, 2 bathrooms, separate loo, fully equipped kitchen and laundry. The comforts of home in the country for an amazing get away!

Riverfront + Kayaks, Hot Tub, Sauna + Fire pit

In summer, float down the river in a blow-up tube and on cool nights put your feet up by the wood fire or have a sauna by the river. THIS IS A 2 BEDROOM house which sleeps 6ppl (Entire home). An EXTRA 4 ppl can be accommodated externally to the main house. The A frame hut sleeps two (unheated). An additional 2pp riverside bungalow room with french doors and it’s own deck by the river. Book for 8 people to unlock all rooms. No pets, no parties or camping. Quite after 12am.

Forest Way Farm Tiny House

What was once our tiny family home now sits on a little farm for you to enjoy, looking over the orchard and forest. Your own driveway will lead you out to the little house, past our private residence and orchard. You can rest on the deck, lay on the grass or soak in the tub. With no WiFi or TV you can disconnect for a while and let the surrounds recharge you. Wander with the chickens in the orchard, take yourself out into the forest or explore the Yarra Valley.

Set on the banks of the beautiful Goulburn River, the cabin is ideal for a romantic escape, family getaway or weekend with friends. Just 50 minutes to the gates of Mt Buller and 15 minutes to the nearest boat ramp at Lake Eildon, you can choose to do a multitude of activities in the area or just relax by the river in summer or by the cosy fire in winter.
