It was well worth it...The small arcade was a hit..we played games almost all night...i totally recommend other people staying here

This was a great little home for a weekend in Garden City. It was located in a quiet neighborhood and just a few minute drive from restaurants and shops.

Great stay overall ! Very clean and organized. Host was very flexible and communicated well! Would definitely recommend !

We stayed at William’s place while working in Great Bend at a local college. This is a beautiful home. Even better than the pictures. The kitchen is well stocked with new appliances that make cooking a breeze. The bedrooms were all comfortable and everyone reported a good night’s sleep. There was ample closet space and each bedroom was decorated tastefully. All 3 bathrooms were sparkling clean and wonderful to use. Plenty of hot water and fluffy white towels. The surrounding area is beautiful. It’s quiet and walkable. The corn fields were beautiful and watching birds during the day and fireflies at night was so fun. This is an excellent place to stay. Highly recommend!

Nice place, very clean. Well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, and good shower. Nice backyard also. Jerek was vey helpful when I needed to add extra nights. Had a great stay, would definitely recommend!

We loved our stay at The Roost. The area was beautiful and peaceful, and it was so clean and cozy. We enjoyed all the little extra touches throughout, as well as the walking paths and outdoor space. We would definitely stay again if we’re ever in the area again.

Wonderful place to stay if you enjoy the peace and quiet. We have stayed here a couple times now and they have always been super helpful and easy to get ahold of. Would definitely recommend this place for a fun relaxing place to stay

I used to own a 5 star cleaning business (we cared for many rentals pre covid) and I gotta say, this was the CLEANEST Airbnb I’ve stayed/seen. I’ve done so many cleaning inspections my eye can’t help but notice things. So, then I started looking. I’m sorry, it happens: I found ONE tiny piece from the duster, used to dust, stuck to a piece of wood. Whispering Woods was immaculate. Shining. I’m just, still impressed. The homemade cinnamon rolls were delicious and the best surprise (I’m sorry!) It was so peaceful too. My family and I highly recommend. 👌🏻 Loved.
